Hey Syntac, why don't you just add the Immersive Taming mod to this series for tames, especially the difficult passive tames (the Chalicotherium, the Hyenadon, the Equus, etc.)?
Syntac, I prevented server lag with auto engrams by making all the desired engrams unlock within the first 4 player levels. Might not suite your style, but it doesn't make much of a change to the feel of the game.
Actually, if you think about it, you could possible add wyverns in, considering how hard it would be to get a decent one with the only flyer being the moth, I think you could somehow manage that.
One of the most annoying tames in Ark IMO. Just tried on some the other day and it kept freaking out no matter what. It would aggro on lystros and garbage and be ruined. I like knockout tames a lot more.
Pro tip. Build a trap, get an argy, drop it in far from the others, tame. Enjoy. Still annoying to tame and useless as crap, but easier than in open field.
I've never tames Hyena's yet, just started recording the Dragon fight on the Island. Being old school, I'd go with Larry Curly and Moe, but that's showing my age. Also looking forward to some friends of mine starting a primitive + server, and recording how that goes. Not sure how it will fare compared to the server you have created.
knock out tames require your food and supplies why because you need to tame it with food and you need supplies to knock it out passive tames require your lives and time why because it takes a stupidly long time to tame especially when it runs away and its a 50/50 chance of you getting yourself killed if your not careful what do you think is the best way ? personally : knock out tames are easier
There's only a few things I find weird about the server. Like, in a medieval setting with dinosaurs, I feel raptors, parasaurs, terror birds and the like would easily be considered good tames and I don't get why those ones (which aren't really that gamebreaking) are untameable. Bigger things like rexes, brontos, and flyers I get because it would devolve into normal Ark with castles, but idk, small/medium dinos seem like a weird choice to block
Tame them all series where you have to tame all Dinos in ark as fast as you can in all dlc before genesis. I’ve done it but I’m not as good at ark as you do I thought you could do it better
Hey syntac i tamed a giga in singleplayer today and after i logged off and logged back on the stats went down drastically im not talking about the debuff it gets after tame is it a bug?
If anyone sees this please let me know why, just tamed a 150 hyaenodon but I can't find the saddle crafting thing, looked in the crafting part of the inventory and in smithy. Please let me know if im doing it wrong
As someone who loves hyeanadons and uses them to melt gigas on ps4 offical pvp dont underestimate a pack of 12, stam does matter by the way, they use stam every bite
