Persons of Interest in ADW (Knife), 1500 b/o 20th St, NW, on June 19, 2024

The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying and locating three persons of interest in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) incident which occurred in the 1500 block of 20th Street, NW, on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at approximately 12:50 PM. The subjects were captured by a nearby camera.

The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for a crime committed in the District of Columbia. Does this mean the guy that was aggressively posturing and following the man that was backing away for 2 mins got 'assaulted'? Base on these 2 mins I feel safer with the suspects on the streets than the guy who is blurred out.
