I think you've misunderstood in a sense. The quality on the Sora isn't bad, clicks aren't bad. It's the implementation and performance that is very much lacking for a mouse in this price range. It's not something that is unit specific!
The weight and balancing feels very good for fingertip but the shape isn't as optimal as id like. Mainly due to the side button placement and the aggressive inner curve. X2 mini feels more natural. I've never personally felt sensor or click inconsistency while actually in game but... Even if it happens here or there, why risk it? Too many options out now that are just more consistent. good review Haus 🍻

It doesnt matter if u play with something like 160ms or 170ms ingame. Latency is still fine on the sora. Dunno why ppl moving into retards since ytbers start to talk about latency. Its just more like placebo, cause you will barely get any kind of advantages ingame. We are still talking about f...g MS ^^

Switching the MCU will most likely not help. This is just a guess, but whoever they use to write the firmware for them is doing a horrific job. Most likely it's a combination of the Telink MCU and firmware causing these issues, but it's hard to say.
I'm just wondering why they decided to use the mcu called tenlik blahbalh. It could have been much nicer product at least it came out with cx52850 that the x2 and the atlantis use even it makes the price bar rise 10$ or more. Especially considering its impressive weight. (Would have been much much better if it were nordic, but small companies somehow do not seem to like using them.)
idk, seems like sticking to the chip they used before, theyve been using it since the origin one x (you know, that budget 3335 mouse). or just hoping they can make more money by focusing on weight with marketing
Looked super interesting but as soon as u mentioned wrist pain it was a dealbreaker. Currently having issues with wrist pain on my GPX Superlight. Great review

Keep in mind wrist pain is VERY personal, it doesn't necessarily mean that you'd be having the pains even if you had the exact same size hands and grip style. There are definitely other factors that make me not recommend this mouse though.
I believe you clicking at the very front of the main buttons is exaggerating the post travel, when using it normally I have a great click experience and find the tolerances way better than my DAV3
I hold my fingers near the front edge of the mouse, but as I clearly say in the video (or at least I thought I said it clearly), the post travel is not an issue :).
Wrist pain is of course a very personal thing, very specific to injuries, grip, hand size and many more things. Yeah, I think the tech isn't up to par when we consider the competition.
How's the hump/butt of the Lamzu/Ninjutso/PulsarX2 mice compared to the G Pro SL? Ive been on the G Pro SL and as a fingertip grip the butt rarely touches my palm and was trying to figure which would be ideal for fingertip and wonder if any of them would force me more into a claw grip. 19x10 hands.

I don't think it's a coating specifically designed for anyone. Most likely the mouse is not even coated, just the surface finish. I'd say it's ok for dry hands and ok for sweaty hands as well.

Bro, Ninjutso cheap-out on the MCU (the Sora is using a microcontroller commonly found in lower-end mice). There are reports from users who are having connection/stuttering issues. This cannot be fixed via firmware update as it is a hardware issue.
The stuttering/connection issues are most likely due to polling instability. Calling it a hardware issue when they've not had issues this bad before is a bit of a stretch. It's most likely a firmware issue, but the problem is that they do not seem to have the ability to fix it.
It's not just you. The horizontal inversion issue is an epidemic with this mouse. Happened to me along with others on Reddit. Ninjutso is claiming this is a perfectly normal occurrence due to 7 out of every 1K sensors being defective, but clearly that's not the case. Something else is wrong here.
I think a lot of videos are not doing this mouse justice, people really need to just try the mouse for themselves, relying on a reviewer for a purchase decision really is not a great idea, especially when you can just return the mouse
Have I thought if instrumenting with LDAT is flawed? After comparing my results against USB Analyzer results, not really :) it produces near USB Analyzer level accuracy, more accurate than other possible methods/tools. It's the best tool & method for anyone who isn't a firmware developer to test the click latency of a mouse in my opinion. However, Ive multiple times thought about possible issues in my USB pipeline, which could cause variance in the results. This is why I always confirm the results with a device that I have previous data with. The data from that specific mouse has been confirmed with an USB analyzer, so I'm very confident with the accuracy of my results.
@@hausgaming How mice interact with HID differs so USB analyzers are not usefull. They are how finalmouse got lower latency than gpx ae. Just seems weird you get the same resault for everything you have tested the past few months. Just wanted to double check
@@ayo0069 All respectable R&D departments use USB Analyzers, it's the best tool for firmware engineers. No one I've talked to has gotten better results with the SL12 vs GPX. The reason why these CompX mice have essentially the same click latency is exactly that. All have little to no differences in the firmware, the same debounce solution and the same MCU.
