- Complete coverage of the Women's Timber Carry, the fifth and final event of the inaugural Arnold Strongwoman Classic in Columbus, Ohio (March 4, 2023). All weekend, the women are taking on the same challenges as the male competitors. This concludes with the frame carry, as the athletes must rely on extreme grip strength, and whatever's left of their leg and back strength, to move the heavyweight implement to the top of the ramp inside a 30-second countdown clock.
In the end, the Timber Carry's top 3 would correspond directly with the overall competition, as the suddenly red hot Victoria Long looked to claim the title with a third straight event win, while Rebecca Roberts and Andrea Thompson stayed within striking distance.

Rebecca Roberts showing she deserved to be there, no way should be alternate
Just her ANNIALATION of the Conan wheel or that first event, was superb domination!
Agreed.
@barath4545 Last arnolds, she should have been invited but apparently she was told she had to do Amataurs which is baffling because Hooper, Stoltmans didn't have to do the amateurs
"I'm tired, I really want a glass of wine." 😂😂😂
What a great sport. Great that the women share the same stage and crowd with the men. What a battle. Loved it 👏👏👏
WOW. I think, the women might get a heavier frame next year. They were FLYING!
Yeah those 507 lbs seemed like groceries to some of them.
Maybe 600-650 lbs for the women next year - Add 30 lbs per corner or so.
I've never liked events that very few people finish, just seems like injuries in the making so I hope they don't go too much heavier. But they could definitely go heavier, light weight for these ladies
@@Andrew..J I get your concern, nobody wants to see injuries, but I agree witj Brian Shaw that in order to find the actually strongest person, the events should be so heavy, that approximately 1/3 of the athletes can do all the reps/the full distance relatively easy, 1/3 of them struggle and 1/3 of them cannot finish. To spread out the results.
Nice to see this take of Brian quoted. Those were the old and heavier days, like 2010-2018 maybe. Max events with regular lifts of 440+, frames and yokes some people couldn't even move 😁
I liked it!
I wonder when Victoria started to identify as a "woman"?
Right before the competition.
Andrea is ❤
Rebecca was the REAL winner here.. We all know why.
Rebecca blew me away with that time!! Nice job!
Huge respect to everyone! And congratulations to Victoria...her name says it all 😁 really deserved it with her performance😊👍
i really loved to see the women get this exposure!!
Really, really impressed with the women's competition overall, and for me, Rebecca Roberts especially was a surprise. Coming in as an alternate, doing a superhuman performance on the wheel of pain, and securing a second position with a blisteringly fast run up the ramp. I don't think many saw that coming.
Well done, Donna.
Great video 👍
[Spoiler]
Really impressive to see Victoria come back from that first day, she really has the heart of a champion.
Hopefully this goes up at least 100 lbs next year.
Melissa 😍
Love it. I watched all the strongwoman events and yeah V Long is so cool and an amazing athlete
They all are
I was screaming at my phone for Victoria to win🤘🏻💪🏻
So we’re gonna act like “Victoria” long isn’t a man?? 🤦🏾
I thought the exact same thing when I first saw Victor too.. I've seen a lot of masculine women.. but that's a mans body all the way.
All biological females deserve respect and allowing a male to just claim he’s a woman on paper and dominate the sport is disrespect on another level. This is not hate speech its just a fact, I am inspiring strongman and no that I will not be able to be on the same level as the top guys and I’m fine with that. All Athletes deserve respect and don’t need someone who can’t take anything less than gold to swoop in and steal the show. Well done to all the female Athletes
I watched all 5 events from men and women while fighting covid (yeah, it's still there - I live in France) . Very very impressive athletes ! ! Special thanks to the commentators to convert every single weight in kg for us who don't weigh in lbs😉
It's five months later and I'm doing the same 🤒 (greetings from Germany)

Are you saying women are as strong as men?
@@urbanmidnight1
I doubt some of them are even still women 😂😢
@Emad Aljawi so your saying women have no right to be this strong
its too light or they're too strong lol!!
As a 25 y/o man I would be proud of myself just to pick that thing up. Big props to these women
I call foul! That is not a woman.
From this, I would like to hug the Winner, but refrain from doing so , because she could possibly squeeze the oxygen from my lungs and I may die.
Stick to Snooker
@@anyexpat I know how to hit the balls, so that others will not Compete !
@@Hockeyfan9884 You are very interesting
Victoria is not a women .. rabeca is the winner huh
thats a man
yuk

Is this your first day in strongman?
Thats all top level sports homie
how come do the voice of women, sounds like men ?
Don’t be obtuse
Test. They all take it, men and women, in power sports.
It's not a secret and now being openly discussed on their YT channels - At least for the retired guys like BigLoz (Lawrence Shailai)
Drugs! rogue strongman isn’t a drug tested sport
I Just left the comment about this for God sake somebody tell me it's Hannah Lindsey a man???????
@@barath4545 not everyone takes drugs. I’m an strongman athlete that doesn’t 😉 you can do it without but many at the highest level take something - just to differing degrees.
This is going all in a wrong way…. We split man and women strongman competitions for a reason… I hope people will learn…
The men's event videos are getting 10x the views 😂

they do not or have not or take drugs, except strong coffee. Am I right ?
