I saw a woman on TV begging a man two proposed to her with a ring that she had and the man was trying to tell her that she was robbing him of his opportunity to be the man in the relationship and decide when he wants to propose. I have never and will never beg a man to marry me if I know he doesn't want me.
I take it one step further, if he unsure after a year ,I must step back. Open my options back up. After a solid year and he was clearly explained the mission was engagement if all goes well in a year.... no more investing for me. Sex is for sure off table.

I love this. However, I have some qualms. 1. Why does a man act like he can GET a 20-year-old or GET the woman he wants each and everytime??! That 20 year old will NOT want someone who is already in his 40's plus, unemployed or underemployed, lives with his parents, etc! My ex acted as if he could actually GET that kind of woman. So weird. A relationship always takes two. That 20 year old would rather date someone in their 20's as well, than someone who could be her DAD or look awkward together! 2. And yeah that's bad for them to waste each other's time and emotions, but at the same time, the girl CHOSE that loser. It takes two again like I said. She chose to open her legs for him unprotected and now she is COMPLAINING that she got short ended??! Please girl.
This is a terrible way to waste your life, especially when there is a perfectly good person waiting for a healed healthier version of you to build a future together. But they have no space in your life to come into because it is being taken up by the trash. Take out the trash, clean up and live your best life now! 💪💃🏽
