The toner was empty, replaced it and resulted in a Cartridge Error... tried a bunch of things (internet+Manual) and also just put the old empty one back but same error and not even the previous error saying the toner is empty.? Entered maintenance menu (Menu, Start, 5x up) Code 32 gave me a CVNTPTPH****** (Which means sensors are working) manual bluntly response is to replace power board and low voltage board. Sad. seems no one has looked into this further. This video does not make it better, just replacing both PCB and call it a 100% fix :)
I had the same problem. I entered Maintenance Mode, and checked the TN sensor (code 32). Then I printed a test page (code 67). When I turned the printer back on, it worked fine. Weird...
so what exact problem ? it happens after i change cartridge... and the old one was not recognizable too... who causes this problem ? main board ? could describe it in comment ? :)
