Yes Diva you pulled all the way up per usual! So check this out…Through trial and era I finally found that using a E.L.F. Puddy Blush brush (stippling brush)to apply the Juvia’s Place liquid foundation is LIFE. I place a single small dot on the back of my hand and swirl the brush around , then apply. Not too much on my cheeks-just the perfect amount every time.😉
