First, crosshair placement. Then, How can I work with my teammates. If my teammates are shooting, I'm running to shoot with them, if they are entering a site, I'm making sure I walk in with them. There are many factors to focus on but these are the 2 I'd spend a lot of time thinking about
Before i started this video i actually went ahead and calculated what rank you would end up at in the end taking into average 30 mins per game rewarding 31 rr each on average. With that you would be able to earn almost 1.5k rr and turning that into rank ups would total to ~15, taking into account you would probably play good enough for a double rank up here and there i went with a safe 17 rank ups in total, ending up at plat 2, so i was actually surprised how close i got it (i also hate math)

The game is very good at recognizing players who are better/worse than their current rank and will add them to the queue with similar players. But this game needs time, because the problem will remain. And if a player does not use vulnerabilities / cheats, then he is equal with other players. Play in competitive modes - try to defeat players who are stronger than you. A lone smurf can be easily outmaneuvered by tacticians. Smurf is bad, sorry for the players who suffer from this (player ascendant 2 lobby, often playing against duo ascendant + immortal 2/3) peace xx
