    I tried these, … I used the brochure paper, I used several different paper settings, and either they turned out very streaky with lines, or the ink came off onto my fingers even after a week of being not touched, what am I doing wrong to achieve such poor quality of printing?

      I'm afraid I don't know a lot about printers. I do know that you want to have the drivers for the printer installed on your computer and that the settings you choose in the program need to match the paper settings on the printer itself. You can do test prints and lower the quality and speed. It sounds like the printer is laying down too much ink. Also, check that the paper is compatible with your type of printer.
      I had bought temporary tattoo paper once, and it was for a laser printer, not an ink jet. I had the same problem.
