Suffering from chronic pancreatitis oily stool no pain CT report pancreatic duct calculi pancreas is diffusely atrophic with gross dilatation of main pancreatic duct and its side branches wit multiple intra-parenchynal calcific foci along with intra-ductal calculi in pancreatic head and uncinate process. Kuch ilaj hai iska ya nahi
