the reason why i think the oshkosh is struggling is the trailer has so many axles and they dont turn and it is most likely having trouble with not having turning axles

Yes Oshkosh is a great company and builds great equipment. In Oshkosh, Wisconsin. And only a 20 Minute drive to Lambeau Field for the Green Bay Packer in Green Bay, WI.
