The red lights and stop signs only come on when you open the passenger door.
That Bus is a 2014 IC CE with a 6.4L Unreliable Diesel V8 from Ford, otherwhise known as The "MaxxForce 7". I'm gonna call it the "MaxxFreakingUnreliable 7". It can seat up to 72 Kids (48 adults). One rare thing is that it has A/C which is rare on Full-Size Buses. IC didn't put The MaxxForce Badge under The IC CE Badge so it's really hard to tell.

The yellow (amber) lights are supposed to be turned on while approaching a stop so people know you are going to stop.
