Like you, those are two of my favs. Normally I would say Seagrass but I just haven’t been loving ryes yet this winter, so if it were today then I’d have to go Dovetail.
Can't argue with that Teo! I think Dovetail often gets overshadowed by Seagrass. I love rye whiskey so that does play a role for me. But both are fantastic pours! Cheers, and thanks for watching!

I used to love dovetail but for some reason last time I tried it I lost my affinity for it. Not sure what happened. Maybe an off night ? I’ve tried Seagrass and although I think it tastes like quality, it’s a taste that I don’t like 😂 just picked up an r/bourbon 2022 Barrel whiskey private release cask strength aged in champagne barrel that I look forward to opening!!
Tough call! I'd probably go Seagrass as well. Two staples on my shelf for sure.
