You need JLPT N1 level Japanese skills at least. It’s better if you can discuss computer science and data science problems in Japanese.

Hi, it would be easy to get a data analytics job if you speak Japanese!

I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering - Data Science. I am also learning Japanese. I would be grateful if we can connect and you can guide me on what topics I should focus on and what skills should I acquire. Thank you so much your guidance is appreciated.

That's nice! Data science is fun, right? You can focus on any topic you are interested in. In my case, it's NLP. The most important skill is to read and write correctly. Try to learn how to think, read, write, and speak in a scientific way from your professors.
