    I personally dont care about phone call, i want to listen to music maybe do some light running and sit ups and push ups. Quality of sound for the music is important and so is how often they cut out, would you rather get the havit or the treblab for this case

    • @donavonhornbeck
      @donavonhornbeck  6 лет назад +5

      I'd say the Havit, mostly because for running they are amazing. Sound quality is good on both, but I honestly prefer the Treblab for sound quality. As for music cutting out, I've never had the Havit's cut out, but the Treblab's will on occasion.
      Hope this helps. My preference is for the Havit's overall though.

    My copper 65t's come in two days, very excited. I had the Huawei Freebuds and the lack of pass through was a deal breaker. Every time I needed to hear anything I had to take them out, find the case, put them away. Then find the case, open it,get them out, put them in. Such a hassle for a product designed to make mylife easier.

    It's kind of interesting to see how much a person's preferences can differ when it comes to these truly wireless headphones. To me Apple earbuds - wired and wireless (shaped the same way) - are some of the most uncomfortable and "they are gonna fall off any minute" that I can think of. I don't like my in-ear headphones to feel like they're on the brink of falling off which the Apple earbuds feel like so to me THAT is uncomfortable. I like a secure fit, something that goes in the ear canal and actually stays in there. I'm using my wireless headphones while out and about and while running and I need them to not stick out too much, the more they do the more there is a risk of them getting stuck somewhere and falling off. I'm looking at Jabra Elite Sport and Jaybird Runs because they have those fins to keep them secure in your ear.

      I don't own a pair but my friend let me test his out and they're definitely worth checking out. They have a lot of functions, it can be a stand alone mp3 with around 4gs of storage, as for sound quality depends really, gotta have the right ear tips, your audio preference and what you listen to. I just wish they kept the heart rate sensor. But yeah, they're better use with a Samsung phone than any other because either certain functions don't work or you work if you download the apps.

      @@BaseerFaizan they're best paired with Samsung phones to get the best out of the of them. If you dont then you'll need to download the apps to possibly get the same functionality. Other than that they do have more touch control functions, can be it's own stand alone mp3 since it has a decent amount to store music, battery life on them are about average; as for the charging cradle it could've been better. It's in ear so you have closed off seal so they should they hold up when being active; whereas airpods sits in your ear and possibly leak sound and can easily slip out ( my cousin and I done a fall out test). The looks are a matter of opinion and sound is whatever your audio preference and style of music you're into. Now I wouldn't say they're the "BEST" overall but for working out and pair it with any Samsung watch that can make calls/textes and bam! You're set without having to be with your phone.

      @@adelgado8917 How's the connection between the two buds, is there any latency or sync issue and how are they for calls in a windy locations? Also how do they compare to the bose soundsport and jabra elite? Thanks for the reply btw I asked cause I'm looking to buy a pair and I wasnt sure which brand to go with. :)

      @@BaseerFaizan I sorry I never tried the bose or the jabra elites. I wanted to check them out but I saw the display models in best buy and I know I won't get a nice fit/seal since I have small ears, but I've seen plenty reviews and they have a pretty good rep so they're worth checking out. Anyways back to the apple and iconx; both I can say I didn't really hear any latency or had any sync issues. Pairing either or it at first is simple and doesn't take as long as some thirty party earbuds. But once you have them set up they're really quick to connect. Airpods as it I think you flip the top and they connect; whereas the iconx you put them in your ear and they connect. They're both at the same level when it comes down to connecting in my opinion. As for calling aspect my cousin said breezy days fine both ends are solid but on a really windy day that's when the other person might have some issues, not to mention she had some points where she felt as if they were about to fall out. For the iconx they're my sports earbuds and I've done a lot of cycling with them, when I'm cruising i can say the calls are clear as well. Despite the fact that I'm in a busy city and it's always noisy they still hold up pretty damn well. Here's where they kinda pushed the limit on these I when to a nearby pier last month and it kinda windy, the call was a bit on the one sides aspect I can hear them but they barely heard me but they understood what I was saying, but to be fair and make matters worse I was going against the wind and they called me in the middle of doing a sprint.

    Save y’all a whole lot of time and money. Jlabs Jbuds Air are the best buds period. For $50, you get ten times better sound quality than apples airpods and the same quality of the Jabra. Only thing you don’t get is the same battery life.

    In my experience, the Jabra Elite is unbearable for other parties for phone calls. They say that in a slightly noisy environment, the outside noise is too loud for them to hear my voice at all. And the apple airpods are crystal clear. Can you relate?

      @@donavonhornbeck as an audiophile the airpods aren't anything special to me in terms of sound quality. I've heard much better from cheaper options. Love the Jabra. There are some earbuds with Bluetooth 5.0 and apt x that sound much better than the airpods.

    Jaba 65 elite are garbage. ... I had them and use them and sent then back. They have connectivity issues sound quality is garbage. turning up the volume or any other functions you have to jam the earbud in your ear. I bought me a pair of Bose and they are amazing.

    What's the connectivity and call quality like with treblab X5?

    • @donavonhornbeck
      @donavonhornbeck  6 лет назад

      The connectivity on the Treblab X5’s is good for the most part, but they will occasionally disconnect from each other briefly, it’s only happened a few times, but it has happened. Call quality is pretty standard. It will pick up your voice well, but it doesn’t have any special noise cancelling, so they pick up your surroundings as well.
