Funny I saw this today. Yesterday I started a Sims 3 game building a 13-tile house for the Sim. A 3x3 room with a single bed on one side, a refrigerator, counter and sink on the other. Then a 2x2 bathroom with a toilet and shower. Added a grill outside for cooking and the outdoor chess table too. Crammed it into the corner of the lot. Worked great as a starter home, then when he got richer I built him a proper home.
You're amazing at building houses. Could you sometime make a house that doesn't contain furnitures or other stuff from other Sims 3 Packs? It would be very helpful for me (I'm not so creative with building houses) but I understand if you don't have the time but I thought I could at least ask :)
It's very cute, you could've put one or two chairs outside though and decorate a little bit, so that sims could rest while appreciating the beautiful view
it's Aluna Island from The Sim Supply. I have done lofts before to create the larger than it looks effect and I believe you can lower the ceiling by 4 steps and use stairs with those and the sims walk fine. :)
how did you make the walls go smaller on the 2nd floor part i know you used a cheat and i would so love to know it so i can try making build like your :D your builds are AWESOME!!!!!!
i love this house i made it slightly bigger (so i could fit a real kitchen in it) and turned the loft into a real loft bedroom and the house now houses two sims and a cat!

The cheat is " moveobjects on " to turn off the cheat just replace on with off
