In Honkai Impact she almost make this thing to Raiden Mei - Herrsher of Thunder which basically Thor, but more powerful and beatifull as heck. MANTIS - Massively Augmented Neo-Tech Integrated soldiers and in past era(50 000 years ago) there was army of MANTIS's. Aponia's butterfly-like wings actually part of her body, they grow on her body after MANTIS operation. She's also one of the 13 Flame-Chasers which is 12 people whom is half-human, half-honkai beasts(monsters) that they become after MANTIS operation, so all of them have parts of body that don't actaully human should have. Elysia one of the Flame-Chasers was actually god-like being - Herrsher of Origing, she was single natural born Herrsher, so that's reason for her pink hairs and elf-like ears. Runner of such scareful operations was Mobius - great female scientist, that wanted to molt humankind in something new and she was one who actually reached something simliar to immortality. MANTIS's is basically a super soldiers, and yes Captain America is SUCK massive honkai cock comparing to MANTIS's especially Flame-Chasers, because each of them was litteraly made to be god hunters in world where girls learn how to charge gun in same age where they learn how to walk

I don't know much about marvel but considering that the last herescher (the end) can literally destroy the universe by simply manifesting, and then rewrite it at will. The Herrscher of the End can achieve and do absolutely anything without any limit or condition to her abilities including the conceptually impossible and logically impossible. She is Omnipotence incarnate. They are are way more powerful.

Honkai pretty much gave them 2 opportunities to have a Herrscher on Humanity's side -First Himeko, Himeko was getting her senses together when confronting Fu Hua, but Kevin backstabbed her, by Mei's order, so both of their faults. -Then there is Rin. The situation was even easier, the Herrscher wasn't aggressive or under the influence of hatred for humanity. Honkai pretty much gave her at a silver platter. But then she was killed in her own cell. it's mostly Aponia 's fault, because it was her brainwashing that made the soldiers decide to kill her. And you know what was the cost? The last cities of humanity were nuked and one Flamechaser died.

Theressa is connected to Stigmata world, where the Current Era Sakura and copy of Kallen live So I guess Rin just lives with them in that world while she is also using Theressa as a host but she isn't doing anything to her, just observing what she does after Theressa calmed her down. And that's it. The game's story writers just forgot about her, I guess

He knew that there was no other way that could ensure humanity's guaranteed survival that is why he instigated Project STIGMA merging of humanity to create a being that can coexist with Honkai he knows it was a terrible plan but he could not take chances. He himself was betting on project Valuka and the 3 herrschers of humanity but as I said could not take chances. Kevin somewhat accepted the Honkai what he was fighting against was the Cocoon itself. Like who the heck knows it might try to reset everything again.
