I have also read the post of Deped Philippines in Facebook last Nov. 21, 2019 that it was already signed by his excellency Pres. Rodrigo Duterte...I've been waiting for it's implementation and guidelines, where to apply and qualifications for the reclassifications...Looking forward Sir for your updates and the requirements needed.

Parang binarya-barya n naman ang pagtaas ng sweldo ng teacher kasi nga naman kung from T3-Master Teacher 1 mas malaki ang magagastos ng gobyerno. Isipin mo ang layo pa ng hahakbangin mo bago mo maabot yung MT1 dadaanan mo pa hanggang 7 at kung titingnan mo ang dagdag sa sahod sa bawat level paunti-unti lng at baka mapunta lng yan sa tax, so hndi din siya makakatulong lalo lng pahirap sa mga teachers yun nga lng from T1-T2 wait ka pa ng 20 yrs pra mapromote tpos kung T1-T3 nman thru reclass ang dami din hinahanap hndi lng kailangan units kung hndi nman masasatisfy yung yrs in service mo, wais nakaisip niyan advantage lng lagi sa side ng govt pero sa part ng teacher struggle lng tlga nagtataka ako bkit gusto ito ng iba.

If wala daw po 2 cognates pwede ang 240 hours of seminars/training na division level pataas ang counted. Ang 1 cognate daw po ay equivalent sa 120 hours. Ang mga seminars counted ay yung 5 years ago po. Ito po ba ay tama? Maraming salamat po.

Sir kelan po effectivity nito. Dito po sa school namin eh wala namang loads ang mga head teachers at saka mas na.promote for MT yung mga teacher na wala namang accomplishment. Matanong ko lang po, yung SDS ay pwd po ba syang mgkaroon ng power kung suno po ang dapat ilagay na MT? Example po si Teacher A (science teacher) nasa higher rank po siya compare po ni Teacher B (TLE teacher) na nasa ibabang rank lng po at walang mga accomplishment; si Teacher B an nahire kasi dw marami nang MT sa Science Department at wala pa sa TLE department. Meron po bang memo or order ng DEPED na ganito? Salamat po at ako po ay makakaasa ng inyong sagot.
