Your mind is amazing and your gift. I have watched two of your videos and I’m blown away! With everyone doing the DIY Hula Hoop, this is the first that I have seen join the two hoops together! I have seen it other ways with flex pvc, hose, etc... but the obvious, we all missed!!! Thanks to you we have found a better way! Wrapping them with the floral tape.... genius. THANK YOU!!!!!
One day I'll understand why people leave a thumbs down with no explanation as to why. I think maybe part of it is that Dollar stores add to the plastic load that is already causing us issues in the world, but to me what you do helps keep plastic out of the environment, all of your works can be used and upcycled again. I really like every one of your ideas and one day our materials will be environmentally friendlier than they are now. Keep up the good work young lady.
WOW! I can’t do with that. It’s hard for me. I don’t know if I can or not. You made sooo beautiful round with leaf, flowers and other. Amazing!! 👍😊😘🤟🏾🙌🏽🌸📱

STUNNING!!! such talent! Amazingly beautiful. I just moved into a town home and my walls are so bare walking down the stairs, I have wondered where I could find something HUGE, beautiful, and most of all cheap to decorate and place there. This is perfect! Thank you! Will also be using for wedding coming up
I am soo glad it helps you. I’ve had a few DIYers that have made them their own and turned out better than mine. Would love to see pics how it turns out. Thanks for watching. 💕
Stunning! Thank u for showing it different ways, made me realize not only would it be a beautiful prop in a photo shoot with my daughters, but by simply changing out the flowers...I can use/hang it all year! My mind is blown 😻
Putting 4 together! Genius! I was looking everywhere for a large hoop of some sort for my balloon wreaths, and Now i have found it! Thanks a ton for sharing this brilliant idea!
I’m planning on doing an enchanted forest themed sweet sixteen and this will make such a cute photo backdrop. your channel is so helpful for this party. thank you for sharing!!
I made a backdrop for my sisters wedding and they used it for their ceremony as well as family pictures. I was so honored because I didnt even know until I walked out and saw it in the middle of the room. Great tutorial. I actually made mine with 2 hula hoops instead of 4. I wish I could upload a picture for you to see. It looked awesome. Thank you for such a great tutorial. I will be trying other ideas from you 😁
I am soo honored you tried one of my DIYs. Love the idea that you made it your own. I would love to see your photo. If you’d like, you can send it to my email support@intheevent.com . Thank you soo much for your support. ❤️❤️
They are so beautiful. What do you do with your projects? You make so many. I would love it if you did a winter wonderland. I need something for a party in a few months.
Hi Lindsey Steele. If you use the biggest hula hoops from Dollar tree (29.5 inches), then the diameter would be 59 inches with both. Hope this helps. Thank you for watching.♥
Hi. No, I am not a event planner (I wish I had the talent) nor planning a wedding. I just started this channel as a way to craft and advertise my website. ( I make digital photos or invitations) I make different DIYs that come to mind. Thank you soo much for watching.
Absoltely gorgeous!! Thanks so much for including the supply list. I cannot wait to have one of these. I have 2 huge porches to decorate from scratch. It feels like a fairy should be swinging on it!!!
Hi. You could try to make it bigger (I haven’t tried it) but you also need to add multiple layers to make it sturdy. I added 2 sets together in the video, you might have to go 3 to 4 sets. I hope this helped. Thanks so much for watching. ❤️
Hello. I think the hanging hoops are usually for a photo prop but I guess if you hang it in such a way, it could work. I been trying to come up with a floor standing hoop out of hula hoops but I’ve had no luck. As long as you keep the florals light and you hang (Inconspicuously) or even have a couple of wooden post on each side to attach to, I think it would be lovely. Hope this helped. 🥰🥰❤️❤️
Hi. The cost depends on what you add to the wreath. The Michaels wreath was 4 garlands, they cost $19.99 each (I got them 50% off $9.99) You could add more, but I do recommend to add an extra set of hula hoops (so 6 hula hoops $1.00 each). The Michael wreath cost $40 on garland and $8 on hoop= $48 approx. The Woodland Wreath Dollar Tree: $7 on hoop, $4 4-twig garland, $15 12-15 assorted flowers= $26 approx. The White Flower Wreath Dollar Tree: $7 on hoop, $9 9-garland , $13 13 assorted white flowers=$29 approx.Hope it helps. Thanks for watching.
Hi. No, the wreath is almost 5 ft (59 inches) if placed on the ground. When it is hung up, you can add a few feet and may go over your head (could go as high as 7 ft). Hope this helped. Thank you soo much for watching.
Hi Geena Kim. I've been trying to think about this and I feel like it might not be possible to stand on its own. I had thought maybe adding 4 more hula hoops (total of 8, 4 rings) it would still be to delicate to stand, even with a sturdy base. I feel it needs to be made out of metal. I even thought you might have 2 poles on either side holding the wreath but I feel it would look odd (unless poles or sticks look like a tree). I'll try to think about it more and if I find a solution, I will make it and put it in a video. Sorry I couldn't help much. Thank you for watching and supporting my channel.
@@diykarem I wonder if it would work/be more sturdy to stand on it own if the hoops were filled full with something, like rice or some sort of filler that would help to make it more rigid. Then construct a stand of some sort, maybe out of painted or covered pvc pipe. Just a thought.
This is so beautiful! I need to try to create this, is there a place where I can go to get a list of supplies needed? I went to your site but didn't see it
Hi. I have a list of supplies right under the RUclips video. There is a down arrow next to the name (it’s located under the video). If you click it, the information will appear. Hope this helps. Comment again If you need more information. Thank you for watching. 😊
You are a genius!!!!! I am looking to make a large hoop for a backdrop and i was wondering what's the diameter of your final hoop? Do you have any tips on what tape i should use if i wanted to spray pain the hoop?
If you used 2 of the hoops (29.5 inches) it comes to 59 inches in diameter. If you are not going to add too many flower or greenery, you might make it with just 2 hoops (it could be a little flimsy). Then tape the connections with clear tape. You might want to prime the hula hoop, then spray paint. OR You can use the 4 hoops (like i showed in the video) and instead of using floral tape use a decorative washi tape. Hope this helps. Thank you for watching.♥
Hi Topanga Hundley. I hung mine up with Dollar Tree's big S hooks. It really depends how high the branch is. You could try wire and cover it up with greenery. You could also use a thin but sturdy rope. Hope this answers your question. Thank you soo much for watching.
Hi. I didn’t have a base for this project. I hung it with a big S hook that I got from Dollar Tree. I have wanted to try to make a standing one. Still trying to figure it out. 😬. Thank you soo much. 🥰❤️
Hi Abigail. I haven't tried it. It might be unmanageable but it never hurts try. It might work with 3 sets of 3 hoops and lots of floral tape. I might attempt it in with another DIY. Thank you for watching my video.

Yes, they would. Thank you soo much for watching.♥

Was the hoop taller than you when standing? How tall is hoop from ground up is what I’m trying to figure out lol
