hey yuno i checked out quite a few comments and i didn't see anyone telling you correctly why you're not making money on youtube, its because of the watch time, go check the money you made and the watch time, it will correlate on every video, its about people watching and you're stuff is really silly so most people watch for like 30 seconds to a minute then click off, but imagine someone who makes like gaming videos, and gets 120k views on a 10 minute episode, but the viewers watched it all the way through, it would have 20000 watch hours, so based on the youtube doesn't pay me well video, from what i saw they would get paid 2664$ per 10 minute episode
Music videos don't get mid roll ads. You gotta make some videos that aren't music that are longer than ten minutes. Merch is a good idea and i think that's how most musicians get a lot of their money or selling vinyls for the huge fans and collectors. But with merch, you need to make them want it. For example, say the first 150 people who get a hoodie now will get an autograph, and 5 will come with a Yuno mill mask. Also, you should sell masks for like $6 a pop, because I think kids can afford that. Then, you can also start Patreon, Only Fans, and put behind-the-scenes music videos and studio sessions.
