Love the stoke Sid!! Congratulations on a serious effort. A few bonus Ks at the end show some real character. Glad to see Liquid Courage is a summer sipper.
This was pretty awesome! Never will you find your dear cousin out doing something like that, but it's great to live vicariously through you! What an accomplishment... and don't kick yourself too much about the loop. You showed what kind of a person you are by not giving up and seeing it through. Definitly someone to be proud of :)
No chance that's a DNF.... well deserving of a medal. There's a reason you are LC's #1 sponsored athlete. An amazing video from start to finish and an incredible accomplishment. Congrats!!!! @DrinkLMNT could we please get working on the gel pack hot sauce electrolytes before someone steals this genius idea?
Congrats!!! That was a pretty awesome course :D Sad I didn't get to see Ambler's Loop haha, I would have much rather ran that than my 6am Trudge around town lmao
Congrats man! Thats awesome! I ran a 50k in June and I’ve been looking for a 100k race for next year too and I’m still debating between Canadian Death race or or the Lost souls ultra for my first 100k lol
@@keganvanniekerk5317 Of course! The 7:45PM (11hr45m) cutoff at TA400 between leg 3 and 4 is the hard one to make - especially if it's a hot day because Leg 2 has a lot of sun exposure and gets really hot. I made this cutoff by 45 minutes and Meg missed it by 15 minutes. I highly recommend it if you want a serious challenge though!
@@Subalpinism Bear looks sick! Good luck at the back yard, you’re going to crush it!!! I’m looking at Crazy Mountain 100, it looks so cool, and if Gary gets the Chilliwack race going I will probably try that one too
@@MountainRunner50 I have been keeping an ear out for the Chilliwack race! Have you heard anything about it? Totally going to check out Crazy Mountain 100 now...
@@Subalpinism haven’t heard anything since the winter. Though I’m really hoping it happens. I wonder if it will be his Big Chill route from a few years ago…

Your humour and banter are just as entertaining as the actual activity
Way to go Sid, good for you for walking the rest of the way.

@@riseandalpine technically he is on the finishers list on zone 4
What? Noo waaay! You’re a legend Sid, onwards and upwards buddy.
Thanks dude!!!
Well….. if you did 118 you crushed 1.5-2km more then the rest of us! I’d call that a success! Nice work.
Oh Yeah? Haha thank you, I'll take it! I hit 118km at 22hr 49m 😀
Hahah yeah most got 116km, including myself!

Cool man! CDR is definitely on the hard side as far as finishing under cutoffs. The course and vibe were amazing though!!
@@SubalpinismThanks! I’ll definitely keep that in mind while I’m training

Congrats! So you were the hot sauce person lol. Are there any 100s you are looking at?
Haha that's me! My number 1 choice is the Bear 100! I am also running Lastest Not Fastest BYU on Oct 5th! (My 30th bday 🎉)
Hbu??

I don't understand the obsession with powerline. I found bumslide way worse.
Agreed!
