These videos are beneficial for someone like me who is a beginner. Can you make a video on how to make a 1/4 pipe tapered thread plug?

No. I get lots of requests but I make the videos I want to make.

How do I pick and old version of a saved file? I change a file and saved it but I want to go back to version 5.

When you are in the File > Open dialog box, use the drop-down menus at the top to check the box for All Versions. Then you can select the .5 version. Alternatively, in Windows Explorer you can delete everything after the .5 version.

Thanks....Can we create a directory in which two sub folder already exists?..Is it necessary that directory should contain only 1 file in which creo models are stored?

I don't understand what you mean by "create a directory." The working directory is just whatever folder you want to open files from and save them to by default. You set your working directory, you don't create it. A folder for Creo files can have as many subfolders and Creo files as you want.

I think you're being overly harsh and not considering the situation. Pro/ENGINEER was the first parametric modeler. They were inventing something revolutionary. Because PTC maintains a policy that something created in version 1 in 1988 must regenerate the same today, there are certain parts of the code that can't be changed. (And there are some CAD packages that don't share that policy.) Companies like SolidWorks benefitted from coming later. It's always easier to improve than to invent.
