We all know Steven has a great nose that’s enlightened us for years on every type of fragrance out there. But if you guys are honestly looking for something different & intoxicating, at least support his craft & purchase Vivamor! I bought this as a Blind buy & it’s absolutely amazing! That fresh pineapple note is incomparable to any other fragrance. Don’t let one note mislead you into comparing it to something else.🍍🤤

Steven I am fan of Baccarat Rogue , I sale Cologne oils and we sale Baccarat Rogue and many love that particular oil. I Wear it myself and receive numerous compliments. As a retired person and growing up when I did Fragrance has always been something I did. Nothing has changed and at 70 years old I have found a cologne I totally enjoy. MFK is a Master now I am attempting to get my wholesaler to get Grand Soir as well as, Oud Satin Mood in Oils. Lastly I enjoy you , J Copeland, Kevin Samuel, Sebastian, Gent Scents, Dradoc and Many more. Never say you can't teach a old dog new tricks. Lol 😂😂😂

I purchased Alexandria’s version of BR540 a while back, but didn’t want to pay the $300 plus price for BR 540. After many times of walking thru my local Nordstrom and Bloomingdales, and always testing BR540 on my skin, I decided to pull the trigger and ended up buying the real thing. Unfortunately, I haven’t given it a full wear due to the fact that it’s 80 plus degrees here in beautiful Silicon Valley. I can tell you that, if you want the real thing, buy the real thing. I’m glad I did it.

Interesting review. I have tried some Siriano fragrances and have found them all enjoyable, especially Midnight Silhouette. I was wondering what is meant by a "fantasy note" in fragrances. I remember my grandmother's Gardenia bushes growing up and the scent is very real to me (I mean in the actual flowers). Just curious...
Hey! Thank you so much for watching! I hope you're doing well. Gardenias have such a beautiful smell indeed. A fantasy note, like amber, is one that is often recreated by using several other notes to create an accord. Here is what The Perfume Society has to say about gardenia: "Not surprisingly, a synthetic version’s often used. Alternatively, perfumers can mix other white flowers to create a gardenia-esque effect - tuberose, jasmine and orange blossom do the trick." Real gardenia does exist, but it takes about 4 thousand kilos to create a single kilo of gardenia concrete. I hope this helps!
@@Redolessence That's interesting! I didn't know it was so difficult to extract from gardenia. The closes I have come to gardenia in fragrances has been through the tiare note.
It seems like an improvement on Baccarat Ruge 54, which to my nose, is just linear and sugary.

I just purchased this online without smelling it first. I don’t know why but I was disappointed on first whiff. I’ve had it on for about an hour and still waiting for some excitement. It smells musky to me with saffron maybe, red wine 🍷 maybe? It’s so odd I’m not getting a lot of flowery sweetnesses in it. I love jasmine but don’t get any in this. It’s interesting but I kind of don’t like it at the same time. Oddest reaction I’ve ever had to a fragrance. It’s got me stumped 🤔. Going to see how it dries down over time. Maybe I’ll change my thoughts on it.

Probably a combination of ethyl vanillin, synthetic oakmoss, and ambroxan.

If anyone reading this likes Baccarat Rouge,please go smell "Apres l'amour No 4" by Thomas Kosmala.Same melted sugar type of creme brulee smell with a huge,and I mean insanely huge projection and longevity.Not gonna say more,check that thing out.

I definitely would not get this unless you’re a women or don’t mind smelling like one. It almost smells like marshmallows!! It’s a little musky but definitely sweet!!
