Im not easily impressed when it comes to parties BUT, this is absolutely GORGEOUS. You did a phenomenal job!!! Beautiful!!!
Everything looks so great! But next time clip the clips on the backdrop stand from the back facing up or out, they dont have to be clipped downward, itll hide them, id also recommended clipping the sides so its a taught square. Everything is gorgeous!

Planning and preparing days ahead is the smart thing to do...when I have my Afternoon Tea Parties the table is set days ahead...planning is so much fun...you get that from me..haha .Do we go a little over the top? YES! and that is why everything is perfect! You are very creative and inspire others with your ideas! Rowan is an amazing little boy...I told you he will be to you what Joe was to me! The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't be there! Love all of you! Grandma!

The color scheme was woo beautiful. I did something similiar last year when my daughter became 1. She is now 2 since july 23rd. And I can't believe how fast they grow. I hope you enjoyed these birthday days with family and friends! you deserve all these things. And I am sure your kids will love to see all the memories and appreciate how much effort you put in for them!

What is that contraption you’re using when make the dough for the cupcakes? Like to slowly let out the flour, and why is it used?
It’s a sifter! It breaks up all the powdered sugar so that it goes in really fine and blends well instead of clumping!

Cute party, it looks like it was a lot of fun. I'm getting inspired for my girl's party in October. I can only hope the weather is as nice. My eldest turned one the week before my husband came home from 6 months of training and my middle's first birthday was the summer of 2020, so i am afaid I might go overboard with this last baby. 😅 If I can ask, where is Juniper's flower crown from?

A party for the Parents. I can’t believe how over the top these 1st parties are. I don’t get it. Juniper will not remember this.
But she gets to look back on pictures and videos and see how excited her parents were and how much effort they put into her first birthday and that would make any kid feel loved and appreciated. Hating on parents who have the means and genuinely want to go all out of their children is ridiculous behavior. So what if the first birthday is more for the parents? Do parents not deserve to do things for their children that they enjoy? You seem like a sad person.
A couple things--first, this is part of Megan's job. She enjoys it, and she's providing inspiration for first birthdays, which is there is a demand for. No one said anyone else has to do it! The other thing is, it doesn't really matter if the kids remember--parents deserve a chance to celebrate the incredibly hard work it is to raise a baby. They've made it a full year with Juniper and they should be able to go all out and celebrate in whatever away feels special!

Please look up the effects of favoritism on children. I don't think you're doing it intentionally but it's obvious that you favor Juniper.

The longer I’ve sat with this comment today the more it’s upset me. Not that I have to justify myself to a stranger on the internet, but I just need to point out how incredibly ignorant it is to assume this from the 20 minutes of my life you see every week.
Yes, I threw a big first birthday party for my daughter (because first birthdays are a big deal!) You know who else I did the EXACT same thing for? Rowan.
He gets more of my attention than Juniper does most days and I make it such a point to take him out for special one-on-one dates and do intentional activities just the two of us.
You really need to think before you accuse someone of doing emotional harm to their child. I am a real mother on the other side of the screen doing my best every day for my kids. Your previous comments on my channel made it seem like you get that but after this baseless assumption and rude comment saying it’s “obvious” that I love one of my kids more I’m not sure if this is the right corner of the internet for you
