@@CloneCommanderCrater1102 ok, I'm suffering Dr some major madella affect. And I think I know what happened. I played the revenge of the sith game on PS2 and there are turbo tanks in the level. I think somehow my brain combined the 2 and created false movie images.
@@CloneCommanderCrater1102 I think what happened is I know about deleted scenes and my brain wrote in a moment of him crossing a bridge area with turbo tanks going underneath him and just made it live action. Human mind can do some wild stuff like convincing you of something that never even happened in the first place.
Yeah I VIVIDLY remember the Turbo Tank on Utapau from the PS2 game but I don't THINK it was there in the movie? Someone rewatch the Utapau clips and let us know! lol
I do think, from what I remember of my commander Cody, is that you open the leg panels out to flip out the feet, and then you fold them flush to the leg, not leaving them out, and they gave a little foot tilt almost that you can sit it on an A-stance
Gotta love that era in Hasbro history where Star Wars and Transformers were brought together by Crossovers and Attacktix. A tradition kept alive by Fortnite.
I picked up so many of these on clearance back in college. They shared store shelf space with RoTF/HftD (my god what a time). Its a good thing you like the clones, because literally everything else seems to have the juicy juicy GPS. The only one I have left is the VTOL-ish trooper from the end of AotC. Maul, Grievous, Chewy, Boba and all the Jedi Starfighters exploded. They still made good displays in vehicle mode for a while. I *think* the bottom/back wheels shift for transformation on Cody, but these days that'll be vestigial/risky. Also obligatory "Pilot the EVA, Cody"
I had a few of these. I feel like every kid who got these always got at least one of their favorite character. I had the Soulless One (it transformed into General Grievous who came packed with a pair of lightsabers.) I also had the AT-AT that turned into a Snowtrooper, a Snowspeeder than turned into Luke Skywalker in his pilot outfit (also had a lightsaber), a TIE Bomber that turned into a TIE Pilot, and the huge Millennium Falcon that could split in half and become both Han and Chewie. That one was really elaborate with lights and sounds and everything, but it had a ton of brown and gold plastic, which meant that it just crumbled apart with the slightest bit of play.
The crossover stuff is so fun and cool but I always have a tough time with them. I have the venom and I just love looking at him but the second I put my hands on him I wanna cry. Honestly might pick up this Cody, he looks really fun.
My first transformer was a 2 pack skywarp and ultra magnis unfortunately I had to retire my ultra magnes to the shelf due to some major cracking after 15-18 years
I only had the Plo Koon Jedi Starfighter, the Anakin Skywalker remold, and the pocket Anakin Y-wing, and boy those two are in rough shape now. Now if I ever find a Cody or one of the clones for a cheap to decent price, I would not be afraid to get it.
The turbo tank kind of reminds me of HISS Tank Megatron. Sort of similar ideas there. Was the mini-cody the size of some SW action figures at the time? Also these Star Wars ones are ripe for the Headmaster gimmick. Would love to see them attempted again someday.
I had the ARC-170 as a kid and I don’t think I ever transformed it properly. I’m not too much of a Transformers guy so it’s interesting to know how different the design philosophy is from normal Transformers.
I remember I had a black Lambda Class that transformed into the Emperor. I think I had the At-At and the Blue LAAT as well. I might've had Darth Vader's Tie Fighter as well, but I'm pretty sure that one broke pretty early. These things were dope back in the day, I'd love to see some new attempts at transformer x star wars crossovers nowadays.
Jcc2224 has most SW TF Clone Troopers, 1 he doesnt seem to have is the Clone Gunner to Republic Fighter Tank. Im curious about that mold, i have not yet found a review for it. I hope that if Jcc2224 is able to get one, that he'll review it. One id like to get.
I so far just have 1 Star Wars crossovers, and is the infamous General Grievous So far it’s still in one piece, taking good care of him The best part? I got it for roughly $14 complete in box I feel like is a bit underrated, yes, is a bit lose in areas & tight in other, but I like it a lot👍
Kinda funny that the Transformers ARC-170 got something right that even the Hasbro 3.75-inch figure scale version didn't and added the second gun on the bottom side of the gunner position as it should be on the in-universe ship.
I own the Darth Vader/Death Star. It is hilarious how it has at least 3 scales going on; tiny figure scale, vehicle scale and small moon scale. And also giant robot scale. But is the robot the size of a planetoid or just a small building or anywhere in between?
Yes the turbo tanks were briefly seen on utapau. After the clones tried to kill Kenobi and he was making his way back up.
Where does one appear on Utapau? Because I'm having trouble spotting it.

@@madarauchiha919 Ah, that'd make sense. Maybe your brain replaced one of the many AT-TEs that were on Utapau in ROTS with a turbo tank.

The turbo tank vehicle mode is very fartworthy 😂❤

Tiny baby cody❤

i think my favorite is the Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker
Man, that ARC-170 is one of the cutest jetformer ever!
Gotta say, the massive wheels on Cody's limbs kinda work for me. I love that look
I loved these as a kid, i had quite a few
i played with the cody one and it was super fun and amazing toy/collectible
These need to be redone in modern day with modern engineering
I have the arc-170 and in Vehicle mode the hands do fold into the engine so they can’t be seen
Hasbro really should bring back Star Wars transformers. Imagine them with new and improved designs
They did with the Star Wars Label darth vader in the late 2010s
Those reviews of the Transformers X Star Wars were how I found your channel.
Hey J4 you should do a video on your favorite transformers crossover figures from Marvel and Star Wars

Do you have the tx130 transformer?
That is one I do not have yet!
i'm a star wars micro collector, and i wish these damn things didn't cost an arm and a leg. they're so cool, even the bad ones.

It'd be awesome if hasbro where to remake these or a third part company, think they could look really cool if they where done right
They should update these old crossover toys

i was wondering if you could review rodimus prime WFC figure if you have it?!
They’re called shellformers

I want that arc-170 and I don’t even care for transformers
I know exactly which Sentinal Prime you were talking about
Magna gaurd 🐐
Great
These were so stupid but I liked it, I had some sort of Anakin legends class one

"Hmm how can I promote my unpopular Star Wars content when all they care about is Transformers?"
Honestly I did this the other way around to get more SW people on board with Transformers. lol My SW videos do pretty well.
That Starfighter may be the best of the mostly awful Star Wars - Transformers crossovers
I think the worst part is that.... The idea isn't a bad one but man.... The quality was absolutely trash
