Girl, your ink is BLOWN out. You need a new artist stat or an artist that understands how to work very thin skin. I would run across a lot of women who had very thin skin and always came to me with blown out ink. Once they understood what it was like to be tattooed by a professional that could work with thin skin. They never went anywhere else. The difference on how their tattoos aged was a startling difference. Once they saw it with their own eyes, they understood it was the artists capabilities not their skin. It also looks like your going to them home scratchers. Pay the money to get quality ink. The line work is just not good. If they can't even produce good line work, they will hamburger your skin with shading.
