I have so many questions so she is using martial arts to pin him so he can't use his strength I don't know enough about martial arts to know if your put in a proper hold you can't break out of it know matter how strong 2. And how strong can vampires get can they get strong enough to lift cars I don't see how she would survive a straight fight she must catch them by surprise 3.Even a well trained human is still human 4.I wonder how she has look lasted that long she has even killed elder vampires she must have a trick up her sleeve She can either cast magic or knows someone who does as she has anti trance glasses 5. Maybe we need a lore dump on vampires strengths weaknesses and psychology so we can get an idea of how a human in ashwood grove could realistically fight them This is one of the most interesting characters to be introduced
My heart sinks every time I hit the “you’re serious” part. I feel self-conscious in fangs’s place. Thinking about how stupid it must look for a monster to think they could find love, for them to blunder into a fake date with a hunter thanks to that optimism.
Hold on a sec, is the reason her name is Poppy because people used to put poppy seeds in front of their doors to ward off vampires. Vampires used to have this weird thing of counting.
Oooh, this is gonna be a strange situation to get out of. If the VSSCC figures out we're being sneaky, then we're toast. But if we betray Poppy, we're sleeping with the fishes. I'm excited to see where this story goes!!

Dude if something like this happened to me I’d probably still be on the ground sobbing for another half an or trying to process it. I’d probably still be clinging to the hope of the relationship because of the kiss. “Oh my god I almost just died! How am I gonna get what she wants? Wait do I have butterflies in my stomach or am I about to throw up? SHE SAID SHE’LL GUT ME! That’s kinda hot- No it’s not she threatened to kill me!”
I just can't stop thinking about the embarrassment and disappointment that one would feel after thinking someone liked them enough to go out on a date with them only to find out they were planning on assaulting them. Then the heartbreak of that person mocking them about it being a date after threatening them and trying to use them after they were just looking for someone to be with. I get that's not the point of this audio but still kind of a depressing audio if you put yourself in the shows of someone that was just lonely and wanted to go on a date with someone they thought were nice and might like them.
