- Today I am testing my new MASSOTH DIMAX 1210Z digital system which will power my entire layout in the future. In this video you will see the first setup and I give you some of my impressions to this system. Enjoy!

Eine tolle Vorstellung der massoth Anlage. Mich würde der Hersteller des Rollenprüfstandes interessieren. Wo bekommt man diesen? VG 😊
Der Rollenprüfstand ist von Train-Li aus der Schweiz. Ein absolut geniales, robustes und super gefertigtes Produkt. Platzsparend in der Lagerung und beliebig erweiterbar. Ich bin begeistert und kann den Prüfstand nur weiter Empfehlen!

I used to have Massoth too and wasn't very happy with it. Very limited outdated system. I now have the products from mXion Modellbahntechnik, in particular the 30Z is really amazing!
Thank you for your imput. My friends and me are running the Massoth system for years now. Compared to the much more out datet LGB system that we uesed to run years ago we are very happy now. The most important selling point for us is the good reach of the wireless system and the 12 Amp max output. I have never heard from the mXion and will look it up! Have a great day :)
Nice introduction video to Massoth thank you. What sound unit have you in the Rack loco please. I have a few digital Rack loco’s but neither has a sound unit. Look forward to more videos.
The loco sounds good. I fitted a Dietz HGe2/2 sound card into one of mine, but it isn’t as clear as that one
I fitted a ESU XL 5 sound decoder in this loco, since ESU hasn´t had a prototypical sound for this model at the time I used the FO HGe 4/4 sound. I hope this helps you out!
In my experience it is sometimes the fault of the speaker not of the decoder or the sound itself. I recently put a ESU XL 5 decoder with great sound in one of my steam loco´s. I chose to leave the original speaker since it was a lokomotive with sound in the past and it sounded really bad. Then I swapped the speaker to a Visaton FRS 7 and the sound was amazing.
