  • I have reached my goal time and am done with Chaos Theory for now. I can still do better but I think this is a good place to stop the grind. Thanks to everyone who followed the progress over the weeks. It has been fun!

    Great Speedrun!
It's amazing to see you have managed to score so many back-to-back WR's within the past few months. It's crazy!
About 8 years ago, a player called CotySA M. released segmented speedrun's of SCCT and SCPT and I honestly believed it would be the beginning of a speedrunning trend. There wasn't much action after that - I would occasionally search over the years to see if there were any active speedrunners but struggled to find any. It's wicked to see you have broken the dry spell and frequently upload new speedrunning content for the Splinter Cell series.
I am very thankful the RUclips algorithm remembered my search history and put your regular uploads into my suggestion feed. Your playstyle and entertainment factor had me hooked right away. Keep up the good work!

Man, the nostalgia is real. So glad to have found “new” content about SCCT. Congrats for the WR. Nice run. Hope to see more! 🎉

Amazing work, both at GDQ and here! It's a crazy run for sure, and am definitely excited to see you push the others in the series!

How long have you been involved in speedrunning? Happy to support new efforts, this game is an all-time classic.

      Hello!
I started speedrunning in 2015 with Halo 2 on the Legendary difficulty.
At the end of 2015 I started doing Halo 5 speedruns on Legendary.
I started running Splinter Cell 1 for a short time in 2018. I then took an extended break because of life and university until maybe 2021 or so. I don't remember.
I have learned the other Splinter Cell speedruns in 2022 and 2023 I think.
So yeah. I have been around for a while. It's just that the games I play are generally quite niche so you realistically won't ever hear about me in the general speedrunning world.
Thanks for the support, though! Splinter Cell is one of my favorite game series. The classic Splinter Cells are just such iconic stealth games.

@9:40 Would you explain how exactly you run right by him without getting caught?

Just try it. That guy's just blind for the first few seconds. There is no magic trick behind it. It is as simple as it looks! :)

@@DistroGaming alright wizard, keep your secrets. LMAO I'm joking. I'll try it. This is one of my favorite games ever so I appreciate the speedrun and the reply.

A speedrun where he gets caught everytime. Not impressed

That's fair. Not everyone's cup of tea.
However, Any% speedruns are the default category. The sole goal is to go fast.
A run where you can't get caught is a challenge category. That being said, I have done a few 100% runs before. Can't get spotted there. :P

He beat the game in 40 minutes. It takes me about 10 hours. That’s pretty impressive
