This reminds me of Tony Montana's mansion from Scarface. Not particularly right decision, to be honest, because we already have Vercetti's mansion. Also, i was a bit disappointed not to see the room of the mansion that was showed to us in GTA LCS in the mission 'Love on the run'. Other than that, this mansion looks perfect.
The stuff inside reminds of 80s.Seems that Catalina had enough money to buy such a luxurious mansion but had no money left to fill it with modern stuff.

I changed the textures from red to purple and black to silver and adding blue is perfect and the copy and paste of GTA VC is not noticeable.
