Regarding (if thats true) the milk and dairy comment causing acne. I uhhh. Well, im probably just gonna be a pimple face for the rest of my life cause tbh no lactose intolerance of mine or acne is ever going to keep me away from chocolate milk. Been gluggin it since i was old enough to drink. I just cant part with it😭😭

I was actually looking for a chiropractor. I think I opened the wrong door, but I’m glad I did. This was a good exam! (okkkk, that sounds weird outside of ASMR-land)

I was relaxing one night ,watching videos on RUclips.My left knee had been giving me a lot of pain ,intermittently,for around six years and then pain began to develop in the right knee and it got really bad.I was seeing a doctor and I believe in prayer too.I missed a week of work and was unsure how long I could keep working.Back to the night I was watching videos,a wonderful tingling sensation came into my left knee.The next night I had the same sensation in my right knee. I'm completely healed now I even did a rugged hike to Blue Hen Falls (Ohio)I have no knee problemsI😊🦋❤🎸
