GRAFS GR180 is our brand new model of industrial automatic grinding machine for straight knives, used mailny in wood, recycling, printing and metal processing industry.
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
HMI touch panel 7", PLC controller in standard version,
Automatic downfeed, automatic working cycle, spark-out and downfeed right,
Grinding range - 1800 mm (2000 mm, 2400 mm upon request),
Grinding wheel motor 5,5 kW with any grinding wheel Ø from 150 to 200mm; (7,5 kW, 11 kW motor upon request),
Quiet and vibration-free grinding head,
Manual neodymium magnetic chuck / table (Angular divisor for magnetic chuck +/-90° , we can also equip the machine in electromagnetic chuck),
External magnetic coolant cleaner with rotating neodymium discs, pump and tank (tank capacity 150 L) as a standard feature,
Fast up and down and slow approach of the grinding wheel,
Variable carriage speed 1-20 m/min,
Switch for carriage run adjustment,
Possibility of fixing any grinding wheel (Segment grinding wheel, DIA, CBN, corundum)
