PSC’s Council of International Development Companies CIDC Reverse Industry Day

On Thursday, May 23, from 11am-1pm, USAID hosted a virtual meeting with some of the leading American international development contractors (Large, Mid-Size, and Small Businesses) working with the agency to hear their perspectives on what’s working well and what challenges are still out there.
The panels discussed how implementing partners decide whether or not to bid on an opportunity, what agency actions and policies make those decisions easy or difficult, what actions make award implementation easier/harder, what agency reforms have been welcomed by the contracting community (and why), and what other reforms would be helpful.
