Hermine from Mountain Home invited me to film another one of her properties. Its in the Serra da Estrela in a place called in Paços da Serra, only a few minutes away from the towns of Seia and Gouveia, and around 2-3 hours drive away from Porto and Lisbon.
The property is 2 acres in size (8000 square metres), spread over numerous green terraces, with fruit and olive trees. There are two wells and a levada system that provides water to the property all year round. There is main electricity and optional mains water supply to the property along with fibre optic broadband access.
The main house has 2/3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and has been tastefully renovated and decorated. Outside is large double garage, and a 1 bedroom annex studio flat with open plan kitchen and bathroom.

A fair asking price relative to other properties.
considering the O1 but just wondering about noise or any other issues... heard it was loud maybe just the prototypes? currently using P100 but starting to get tired of seeing a mkII model every time I buy something and they fix the major issue after a year. would like this to have no nagging issues from day one and not get upgraded for another 10 years or feel buyers remorse.

Oh yeah the other day I was watching something on Portugal It was a recent video and there was six chemtrails six different straight lines this was out in the country and I was hoping that Portugal wouldn't have this. It's sad that Portugal has it as well! but I guess it's everywhere.
