It factor Michael Jordan Kobe Bryant period.u take everything seriously an want to be the best u think about everything how to be better an when somebody says something bad u challenge them an make them look stupid.an u win.
You couldn’t be more wrong. MJ was one of the hardest workers in the world. He perfected his craft and did things that no one else could do while he was playing. Kobe literally decided to steal all the moves that Jordan had and tried to do it better. It was about the work they put in. The “it” is Doing the work. The mental is knowing that you actually did it when no one else can or would.
The it factor is unique u take control of the situation an when u lose it makes u think an in ur mind u will win or in any otjer job situation.u cant teach it .hes stupid he doesnt know metrics blah blah .ok how many michael jordans in the league nobody.its the mind u cant teach it.early years help u do it an how to adapt.an make u better an dont take shit.hea stupid
You will always be mediocre in life if it can be taught. You are limiting ever person in the world by saying you can’t teach it. Be better. Inspire more people. Stop telling people they won’t be… instead tell me that they could be.
