This may be one of the most challenging conditioning sessions we have done. Barbell complexes, deadlift, clean pull, clean/snatch, reverse lunge/each and push jerk for 8 reps each....this means 48 reps per complex with 135 lbs. We took 90 seconds break and did between 3-4 rounds (depending on the athlete). I guarantee that your athletes will never get tired if they train like this!

Nice work. The only thing i would do differently is switch the order up a bit. In my opinion, the more technical lifts should go first. But you probably have a reason for the order you picked. But all in all, a pretty brutal bb complex with good weight.

This is an awesome excercise, I saw it here and now I do it almost every time I train. Thanks for inspiration! It´s much more exhausting than one would think, since you carry the barbell all the time, the weight gets brutal at the end! I can´t do 135 (65 kg) though! How much does this guy weigh? Are you guys fighters?

Damn. 135 is a big number. I can only do 85 right now.
