I liked this episode. They are not sparing any expense. The thing that confuses me is that several people tout on RUclips that they think the series will get canceled. I don't see how it is possible since no expense is being spared to make these episodes. Normally, before a series is canceled, there is a massive budget cutback and the quality of the production drops like a rock. Onto this episode, I continue to feel that Hannah is either connected to Sam and/or she is Sam. Let's face realities, she had a strong urge to get into physics, she worked with Albert Einstein, she readily saw time travel as plausible and very real, and she has taken a general interest in discovering and finding Ben. This sounds all very Sam oriented to me. If she is not Sam, she certainly is somehow associated with him.
All good ideas, but to be fair, I don't think Sam would fall for, and kiss Ben more than once. It would be a little different if it was a man trapped in a woman's body. (Oh wait! That would be so 2023!) 🤣
Had a smile on my face every single time Ben and Hannah were on screen together, they have so much chemistry its amazing! Part of me actually wanted Ben to be stranded there to have the happy ending he deserves. Since "God" started leaping Sam years ago maybe "God" can let Hannah Leap with Ben next time they meet (Wishful thinking) 😆😆😆
Great video! I'm almost suspicious that Hannah is evil? She adds a great element to the show. What if? As Hannah is also very intelligent, it is somehow involved in Quantum Leap, later on?? I think Tom is a disruptive spy.
I know that Ian said that she wasn't another leaper, presumably because they didn't detect another signature, but what if Rachel disguised the signature, which is why she has the job at Quantum Leap HQ? She needed to get the job to infiltrate QL HQ to do that for her boss, because her boss is Hannah? However Ben and Hannah's stories are entwined, it is definitely the most intriguing part of the show, and here's hoping it's enough to allow them to greenlight a third season.
Based on what the show runner said, I definitely agree that this relationship probably won’t end in the way that we want (happily ever after). The show runner said, “Our promise to the audience in this version of the show is that we're really treating each season like a book in a series of novels you really like," he teased. "This is a story that will have a conclusion this season. It will be satisfying and full and surprising." So I am assuming that means their story will end in S2 😭😭 Also, I noticed he keeps meeting Hannah every 6 years. Not sure why, but I am guessing there’s something to that.
I hope BEN doesn’t come back this season, that means the series would be over 😂😂 And like you said, BEN AND HANNAH can never be because in present time she would be really super old or dead in present time. Unless Quantum Leap has a fountain of youth 😂😂
Just rewatched 3, 6 and 8. I call it the Hannah's trilogy. Yes I am shipping Ben and Hannah. Addison got Tom now, and he's a great man. I am dreading the day they say goodbye instead of see ya later. It will be a hell of a heartbreak.

Her meddling is what convinces Washington Sam and now Ben are in fact time traveling. Martinez describes a more militaristic situation and future Ian talks about government control over QL. "You just could never stay on mission." Haunting words now. Bens extracericular activities plus Hannah, or her daughter, figuring out somehow how to get Ben home and the fact that Washington has this, plus gives it to untrustable Tom, is going to lead to negative consequences for all involved. It HAS to. Probably, all of this has already happened, and Hannah knows more after this 6 years than she is letting on. I think we are being set up for a more emotional anti-climactic season cliff. Different from the wild end of S1. What's confusing to me is why Tom discloses this file to Addison. Washington is going to shut the team out. That's where Martinez is put in place as a security guard or whatever. Hes just down the road.😂😂
I know Addison is part of the original crew but I wasn't super happy about her as the hologram again. I feel like they still are not ready to move on even more evident on Addison's scenes this go around. She wanted him to let her go but she herself does not like him with another girl. Jen is a pretty good hologram. Ian too when he doesn't get distracted 😂
Have u read Time Travelers Wife?? They're going to do a rendition of that with Ben and an old Hannah. Maybe she'll wait til then to tell Ben whatever. Ben doesn't realize it, but hes being set up I think. Could Hanna be bad? Not a leaper but know whats going on? Did she trick Ben, or is she just altering the timeline for fun?

@ajsmovieplace I think personally last few episodes have been strong, they are continuing with the Ben and Hannah romance, there was intrigue, comedy . But I get that it's a busy one for you but if I'm not mistaken you're one of the very few youtubers who has persevered with reviewing the show, most others have given up on it or their busy lives have got the better of them lol
