So what did they do all these years of being in opposition... they couldn't identify other challenges to solve other than ones that people have their signatures on.

I humbly dispute the fact that the health insurance scheme was raised at a meeting of CATHOLIC CHURCH HOSPITAL administration in Sunyani. Practically , it was initially raised at the grounds of Presec-Legon when the school infirmary was being used as a decur for not going to the grounds and works on Fridays after classes when Snr Bimbilla was in around. So some students who originated from Sunyani started using the school clinic as a front and hence got charged sizeable at the end of the term. Due to that, they literally complained to their folks in Sunyani who then whispered on to their fathers who were IN charge of the Sunyani hospital and then they - the uncles and fathers tried to amplify it out in one of their meetings. Go and check!!
