A standing ovation 👏🏻 for you 👏🏻👏🏻👍👍. Professor D please I have a problem on how to differentiate between myocardial infarction and Angina , it confuses me
Angina think. Narrowing of the vessels hence very low blood perfusion which pains can be relieved using nitroglycerin MI is caused by total blockage of the blood vessels resulting to no organ perfusion especially the heart , its pain cannot be resolved with nitroglycerin hence heart failure to death😊
Professor D, I have passed my Nclex! :) thank you for everything!!!! Do you have an email address through your nexus nursing website? Or something like that, I would love to tell you about it if you would like. I would not be the RN I am without your explanation of the content ❤❤❤❤❤you are the best!

I thought aspirin is anti platelet aggregation I’m confused with the anti thrombotic and anti platelet
Same. It’s an anti-platelet agent.
Anti thrombolytic destroys clots that are already formed
Prof. D I can't wait to have my one and one with you tomorrow 😊. Thanks for your prayers also, loving it all the way. Blessings and more blessings. 🙏
