He literally got those first 2 kills bec of PTA and he got the first kill in lane bec of PTA. People don't understand how much damage they lose by going fleet. It is fine, but it is a completely different playstyle, and that playstyle is not good for carrying in lower elos. Even in high elo PTA is still very good into pretty much any mid lane pick.
Fleet makes matchups even, you cant carry playing even all the time. At least in midlane, you are not picking fleet vs akali or aurelion, its just making them scaling.
Ever since I went PTA over Fleet I get kills that I barely wouldn't with Fleet easily. So many kills on Fleet are 1 hit away. Fleet is garboooo
fleet is def good ins ome matchups but in lower elos esp pta will make u carry sooo much harder!

i usually play yone top lane with fleet and is fine and for some reason i cant run pta top cuz i always lose trades
