to summarize to any yall watching who cant air dribble yet, your first touch must stay close to you with height and you wants to match speed with the ball. Vid can def help newer players, nice stuff.
Its not a waist of time, there are many shots u can combine with a air dribble. Air dribble to reset, to ceiling, to pogo, to double tap, i have scored countless shots because of an air dribble alone. sticking to the basics can only get you so far
as a gc player i will tell you the basics will get you pretty far, farther then gc even, but you need absoulete top notch game sense and even if youre taught that it takes time to remember. No need to learn air dribbles, just practive aerial control and it will come to you

A tip I learned this week, when going off the wall. Have the ball blocking ur view of the net before touching

Yeah airdribble arguably one of the best mechs, air dribble bumb being the highest percentile play
