A Proposed Law: To alter the Constitution to extend the right to trial by jury, to extend freedom of religion, and to ensure fair terms for persons whose property is acquired by any government.was put to voters for approval in a referendum held on 3 September 1988 However the YES mob lost again for the fourth time since 1901.
Yet, the High Court of Australia stated the Constitution allowed the Federal Government of the day, to make "a LAW for the betterment of Australia".
Thus the Government went ahead and made a Law called “The Local Government Act 1989". Why have a referendum if the Government can ignore the result?
Also why is Australia the ONLY Democratic Nation which does NOT have a BILL of HUMAN RIGHTS?

I am white and I am fifth generation Australian. I think by now we should have sorted all this division out. When will reconciliation be finished? Just like the "war on terror"and "the war on drugs" that cannot be answered, because all races have equal opportunity already and there is no need whatsoever for this costly divisive Referendum. We have had reconciliation meetings, verbal apologies, marches for reconciliation and those pushing this agenda have either no idea of anything, or want a Communist system of which they have no idea either, because most have never read a history book in their lives. This Referendum is a disgusting waste of our money and a racist agenda organised by a few. Vote NO.

“So therefore, Indigenous people going forward forever have to be disadvantaged because that’s what the Constitution says,” Mr Aird He is highlighting the perpetuating of victimhood of a culture... However I think it is way way worse than that... The Voice is seeking to bring in communism & cultural marxism.... If the Voice advocates really cared about the suffering of those in remote communities - the money spent on Voice propaganda could have addressed the issues. I suspect (am not sure) but if this yes stuff goes thru - Aboriginal Australia has wrapped themselves in the butchers apron & will forever be subject to British rule.... The whole thing is so sinister................... Divide n conquer

The Voice is not a path to reconciliation, and harmony it is a path to entrench structural racism within our nation's constitution. Something that should be abhorrent to all Australians but particularly so to Indigenous Aboriginal, and Torres Strait Islander’s. So please Greens, and The ALP don’t lecture and moralise any Australian on our tolerance, open-mindedness, or our almost universal acceptance of the Aboriginal people. The Voice is fluff, popular, crowd-pleasing, and overt virtue signalling, encouraging intolerance, narrow-mindedness, and dogmatism. Yet beyond this reality. The Voice is another expensive misuse of money that could and indeed should be actually being used to improve the lives of Australians. And perhaps even used to improve the lives of all Australians in need, without any thought to their race? Or their cultural background! Victimhood culture has taken over the Australian political landscape. Victimhood culture is another technique in obtaining power, and silencing opposition. The moment Australia stepped over the line from equality to a favoured group, we took a massive misstep. Vote no to this scam
