I did it after watching this and it was such a good experience! I saged myself before and after, I met an angel named Herek (or Iterek), he said he watches over me sometimes, he was really funny. I asked him if he wanted to be a human and he immediately wrote "NO" before I finished the question lol

Yup! Happened to me with my Ouija Board! The spirit I talked to for like 2 weeks would answer before I finished my question 😂 that's when the spirit told me our minds are like an open tv in the spiritual realm so ANY spirit can just look at it and know what we are about to say before we actually say it 👍
I had an experience with automatic writing without even knowing it. I started out thinking I was writing a letter to my father and it ended up being a message from my higher self to me. It was a beautiful experience and I’m definitely going to start doing it with intention

I successfully did automatic handwriting years ago. However, while meditating I opened my eyes and everything was very white and could not see the room and when I looked down I saw someone else’s arms and also the hairs on it! I then struggled to get back control. I was shocked when I saw writing on my paper! There was one sentence and in someone else’s handwriting. He started off by saying: Oh let’s do jot this down. Then he proceeded to tell me who my husband was and that my son crashed back to life just ask for and gave me his name. I have tried automatic handwriting a few times since with no luck. I think it is because I’m a little freaked out to think that someone was actually inside of me! To be honest, I did search for the name he provided as my son. No luck so far! His handwriting was very neat and you can tell when I tried to let go the writing becomes harder to read. This experience has really made me take another look at reincarnation. I will tell anyone that this is 100% real!

Set your boundaries if youre freaked out. Simply just speak out 'this is allowed, this is not' etc. Call upon angels if youd like
Used to do this a lot as a child. Had a troubled home. My Grandmother taught me to meditate to relieve stress. Got a lot of ‘hold on’ ‘don’t forget love’ and much more. Haven’t tried it as an adult. Just happened very naturally as a child and I’m glad it did. Guess I was lucky that someone kind and compassionate came through to comfort me. Best wishes with this to you all. ❤️

@@BehatiLife 21:24 This is automatic drawing. I practiced writing for two weeks but 'my hand' wanted to make circles and at a point I let it do it. It drawed a portrait in portrait position while my paper was in landscape position. So one ear ended at the top of my paper, the other ear at the bottom. Just by making circles. And I though about how I whished to have used a pencil because some lines were thick and went through the paper.
I bet if you'd have continued, you would have drawn an old fashion plane.

Enjoyed this video! Automatic Writing was something I was interested in a couple of years ago. I was doing some serious meditation (I'd gotten up to an hour!) and felt like giving this practice a try. For me a lot of symbols came forth, which I later learned was Light Language. To this day, a statement that came through one of my sessions stuck with me: the water will rise and the people will panic but you will stay calm. Whew! I wanna get back at it. Used to speak with a young girl named Danielle. Through a Ouigi board. She died at age ten of illness. Told me she was going to come back soon because she wanted to try again. Soon after my neighbor became pregnant. Danielle told me she was going to leave me soon. She was going to be born. I was sad when she said goodbye.
My neighbor gave birth. She had a girl and named her Danielle. Was crazy. This neighbor moved soon after. Years later I was shopping and a ten year old girl ran up to me and called me by my name. I looked at her confused. She said ‘I’m Danielle. We used to be neighbors, remember.’ She was so happy. Was shocked she knew my name as she was two when they moved.

ancestor candle I burn. I could literally
hear her say you will always find me in this light. I go to my ancestor alter several times a day and I keep the candle lit all the time except for when I am sleep. She drew me a pic of flowers as well as words. This is awesome and I will continue to do it as I have several times since watching this video
I have over 25 years of entire journals of communication with my angel and guides and i realise now what a privilege that is to be able to have conversations with them and my beloved who already passed. Your channeling looks a lot like when I started i can only suggest to keep your hand extremely light and let it go free. Do not focus at all on what you are writing while you are doing it , because it will weaken the conncection an make you doubt and feel ‘ stuck’ . You will hear the words in your head while doing it after a while it will get easier and easier. Blessings
This happened a little bit ago I was just journaling and praying and my right (dominate hand) wrist started aching so for some reason I started writing with my left hand. The writing wasn’t THAT good but way better than i would’ve expected considering I’ve never practiced writing with my left hand. It felt like someone else was writing for me, I wasn’t consciously writing the words. After a few lines I started getting scared so I stopped and prayed. It didn’t feel like bad energy just uncomfortable. I’ve done it one other time since and received a really beautiful message. Now that I feel more protected and knowledgeable I intend to make it part of my practice 😊
I literally been doing this for years I always called it free writing. I started off doodle and drawing just like you said. Then I just start writing sometimes for hours. Thank you for clarifying something I never knew was something more than myself.
Please continue to post more videos about how to autowrite with those who have passed... I'll say this, I've been autowriting with my twin soul since 2016, when I started my grief journey. It helped me enormously and I have no doubt I connected/communicated with him. I haven't done it in a couple of years now because I was "spoofed" by my Pastor who told me at the time "You never know who you're talking to, they can easily disguise themselves as your loved ones." So I put the pen down for a couple of years but "Mark" has REALLY been nagging at me lately to get back into it since I got so good at it with him. I remember a time when I was in elementary school (I'm old school LOL) and I autowrote without knowing what it was at the time but that's what I did. So I believe I've always had this special ability, I took to it right away when I started it with Mark and it came to me like second nature but I pose to you this question, "How can we truly be sure we're talking to our loved ones and not a negative/evil spirit in disguise???"

It is so interested how connected I am to your energy. I literally received a message from a psychic to do automatic writing to connect with my deceased mom. I tried out once and got nothing so thought I would just leave it alone and then the next day I see this video. This happens to me sooo much with your channel. Thanks for sharing 😊
I was doing that in my poetry too. I’m very happy that it was always positive. (A spirit told me that I have a very developed natural protection, that’s why I channel only light beings in the greatest good of all.) I am so grateful.🙏🌟✨

What if you’ve done Automattic writing with out knowing? I’ve been doing this for years sometimes good and bad. As I am a poet/writer I have always said I felt like I was not me when writing certain things. Is this something that some people can do naturally?
I used to do this with poetry and didn't even know it. My poems would literally tell me something was going to happen and I wouldn't know until it happened and I looked back on the poem. It's been years since I've done this, but I know I could go back to it anytime I want. I choose not to because of the pain. It was always pain.
I do this as well with my poetry and writing. I shock myself at times with the things that come out.

This is Gold 💫. I do this every morning without even knowing. I just call it subconscious flow . I never really thought of it as Spirit guides . I just use it for mental clarity , organising my thoughts and claming my mind. Everything usually comes as scribbles. I have now learnt you can use it as an intuitive tool which is interesting..
I do this as well trying to get into the habit of Journaling 1 hr a day as I have a very chaotic mind with mind wandering for hours. 🥺

I've only done automatic writing three times in my life. But all I can say is, you will KNOW when you're automatic writing! For me, it happens when I'm in meditation.. suddenly I'm hearing one or two words in my head over and over and I begin seeing a concept? It's like an orb of light that contains some piece of knowledge (or, this is what it looks like for me). Pieces of information come out, so I start writing them. And then my hand just takes off. Usually my hand gets sore because of the speed at which I'm writing, and my handwriting always looks totally different! I've always been so deeply connected to writing, so I think that's why this method of channeling is what I'm most naturally drawn to.
I wish I had seen a video like this way back when I first realized what I was doing! I freaked out because at that time I didn’t know who I was channeling, just realized I was because my handwriting changed in my journal and I stopped thinking about what I was writing. I open my mind to whatever and that allows the words (and spellings and style) to come through. However I’m guilty of occasionally going back to edit because I’m afraid of how something will make me “look” 😑. I learned about grounding and shielding because I was afraid in general but the channeling came naturally. You can sense good, bad, iffy, wise, etc. Awesome video 🕯

Super Unknown The same feelings that come up around physical people come up around spirit too. Just like when someone first approaches you and you might feel nervous, anxious, on edge, ready to run away at the first opportunity, that would mean not the type you want to spend too much time around. If you feel comfortable, happy, relaxed, euphoric, or just generally at peace, those are all good things in my book.
@@InHerGodIs okay that's interesting and good information. The only thing is that I generally am really nervous about doing this to begin with I'm usually just so freaked out that I'm actually communicating that I really can't tell how I feel because I'm already nervous LOL. You know what I mean. But this is very good information. I got a message in my writing and it just wrote the word love love love love love continuously over and over again. And then like I asked if the message was that I should love myself or I am loved it said yes. I said thank you and it answered you're welcome and signed off. The message was positive but I was still freaked out. Then I tried it a few days ago and got the message again love love love. I asked if it was my guide it said yes. I asked if was from the light it said yes. I asked my guides name it looked like it said Evelyn who was a male. Then it said in big letters God loves you. Of course I started crying feeling very happy and then I said thank you, and he said you're welcome. He said have a good day. the message again was positive I just hope nothing is trying to trick me. Super Unknown I know how you mean but do relax! I should clarify that when I say “bad” I mean, an energy that has come to pull from you. An energy that seeks to take and give nothing. ALL energy is shared, so you’ll feel an exchange with everyone, however there are always those that give more than they receive. The reason for the relaxed or clear state of mind and emotions is so you can notice subtle differences. If you were relaxing to a sound healing video, feeling zen as you watch the smoke drift upward from your incense, smelling the sweet scent of frankincense and myrrh and all of a sudden you smell rotten eggs and feel like throwing up, that’s no good. We have our individual personalities as we’re here and after this life we’re still individuated. I’m learning a lot about angelic beings and guides now bc although I always knew The Divine to be everywhere I hadn’t thought much about *who* personalities were until a few years ago. Trust that you’re guided and protected in what you do, and be open to different ways that spirit communicates with you. Well thanks so much for guiding us with the truth about what AW is and how to be more successful. I recently started my path of doing it because I’ve been writing since childhood and now for the last five years or so I can’t stop writing poetry and part of my metaphysical self in me has drawn me strongly to consult my higher self and higher team up there for answers and guidance. It’s all gibberish now but I’m glad to know that’s the start for all of us, once I enforce my intention and perhaps come out with a prompt I’m sure I’ll see a real word or sentence. Did my first attempt during/after watching (picturing the protection was easier when I listened to you. lol). Didn't get much that was usable, but the very first thing that was written was surprisingly clear. And it had the word love in it! I also got something about November... and spirit telling me to eat supper when I got hungry in the middle of it... haha
My first writing was last night I asked for a relative my uncle and it felt like energy was pulling my arm like a river and when I opened my eyes I had drawn a Lily. My aunts name was Lily. I’ve heard from her before she’s whispered to me. I felt at peace that they’re here and I want to guide them and help those that need it.

I start off writing I think and I feel etc and then end up writing you could and you should etc so guess I'm getting the answers through that. I just write what comes to mind but do end up writing differently and not being able to spell words properly 💕

The drawing part I believe, before when I was into spirituality but never really was forcing on energy I drew some of the people I met later in life, it was mind blowing when I met them.

Yes one time I was coming out of a short trip all of a sudden I came to beat boxing and rapping when I realized what I was doing I stopped because I had no idea consciously what I was doing. It definitely came from somewhere else. Wish I could do it again lol

i have aphantasia, so i can't imagine anything (it's just black nothingness), but rather i _feel_ it instead. i just did an automatic writing meditation for the first time, and it had me "imagine" going to different places and meeting my spirit guide (i couldn't see or feel them). i reckon i wasn't in a deep meditative state whatsoever, because as i was writing i knew exactly which letters i was scrawling, exactly which words, i formulated sentences. i asked about shifting to my desired reality, and i have a feeling that i only wrote what i wanted to hear. here's exactly what i wrote :)
"I'm okay to do things i never thought I could do. That's okay. Yes, you will.
What is stopping me from shifting? You. Disbelief. Hope. Focus. Believe. It's okay. breathe(the e was elongated, and in a much different handwriting). It's okay
Make it (i felt like i wanted to write happen, however it didn't feel right in that moment so i left it at that after asking my spirit guide to continue the sentence and no other word sprung to mind)."

Since I'm a beginner, is it easier to meditate first before the session? I've read an article on the subject that suggested meditating beforehand.
I also use tarot and I read with the cards (for myself) pretty regularly, but I'm a super super beginner in regards to clairvoyance and receiving messages from my higher self.

I use to do this years ago. The pen actually moves on its own..my hand just holds the pen..its not me pushing the pen! I can do it very easily
I definitely felt heaviness and vibrations as well as a change in temperature on my right arm, but never really was able to connect with the paper

You need to get in the zone of communication by being still and ask a simple question and you will feel the pen move nothing to be afraid of just ask for a blessing from good angels or your guides. Give it time it is good for asking advice especially. my mother was an automatist.. I only have to put my fingers on the laptop and if I put a blank page of word up i get messages.. try it.. it will change your life.

Hi I have never deliberately done Automatic writing but whenever I go down to the beach and just sit there with a clear mind I start getting all these amazing words or kind of poetry but not romantic poetry just rhyming words etc and my scribble looks identical to your auto writing, it could literally be yours ... it’s freaky! I always end up writing love the exact same way you do.. and symbols like yours too. I always find being in nature helps every time. Also when I start walking the beach I get words that turn into songs with music but nothing I’ve actually heard before. It’s amazing!

Do you keep your eyes open during automatic writing? I'm tempted to close my eyes or look elsewhere... I feel like if I'm watching the writing as it happens, I might try to interpret or control the results.
I close my eyes during the sessions, it's just natural to me this way. I usually open just to read the message and then ask the next question.

I did this once when I was like 12 in a house that I didn’t realise really didn’t have good spirits around and boy. Did I get into. A muddle. I had no absolute clue even what sage was at the time or what exactly I was doing. Defo go into this with knowing how to protect yourself.

One thing I love to do, is ask for a sign.
I first ask: Are you of the light? Are you in the highest good of all?
Then I say, that if this is true, send me a sign.
I asked this one spirit to send me a red baloon. I later on forgot about it, but right when I saw it, I heard this spirit say: A red baloon, here you go.

These days, every time I put pen to paper I get a message from someone else. I seem to get messages from my spirit guides, twin flame, and people I know in my 3D life. My journals are awesome to look back on because there’s so many gems. Thanks for showing us this!

Amanda Lestly, that’s how it start, ask them a question and they will answer it. Well that’s how it happened for me. Also when I do it, it feels like they grab your hand and your arm get cold.

I did auto writing many years ago because I felt drawn to it, but I didn’t protect myself and a bad spirit came through which scared me and I just stopped. I am a spiritualist, and believe that our loved ones want to communicate with us especially once they are on the other side and they know that you are intuitive. I have lost a lot of loved ones and I know they want to communicate.....it started with tinnitus, and now they actually “walk” right through me. I have been told through a reading that my mother is desperate to talk to me and I also have a niece who died 2 months ago unexpectedly and she is the one that is “walking through me”. She was a very strong but haunted personality in this life and she is determined to talk. My question is, can I just write down their name and date of birth for them to come through? After surrounding myself with white light and asking my guides to be with me of course.

Wow. Two days ago I watched a video about what your natural psychic ability are according to your moon sign. I'm a Virgo sun, Gemini moon (and Sagittarius rising). According to the video automatic writing is natural to me. Then I remembered I've been drawn to this (and tarot) for ten years. Never went into it before now (I'm 26). Though, I started my first attempt at automatic writing when I was 17? 18?, but couldn't make out a thing, because I didn't understand the scribbles. Wasn't sure if it was me or not. Either way, I need to practice more and protect / ground myself, because I never thought about that 🙈I just did it. This video came as a message from the universe, or something like that. Haha. Intention is everything!! Automatic writing is a tool, just like tarot, the pendulum and many other connection divinations out there. Fear and self doubt are barriers in connection. Call in your guides and angels for divine protection and trust in the process. When you set intentions and are open to receiving you will connect. We live in a world of duality, we always have the choice to be the light or the darkness. The more practice you do when connecting the more you will begin to feel source flow through you. Intention is everything!

I’m doing this in years, oh I thought I’m alone in this. I’m so happy to found this video. They easily use my hand to write, or even pick tarot cards. I don’t even need to do any meditation anymore. But most of the time I’m having trouble understanding them. They talk different. Or at least sometimes they have difficulty to make me understood :)) I need help to grow this ability.

Thank you for all this information :) it explains a lot of questions i had....My grandmother came through and told me to stop. She said God would be mad with me. She told me she loved me but would block EVERYTHING else from coming through bc an evil spirit came through and said that my family was going to hell. My arm also bothered me and I got a bad headache. I tried it again and she blocked stuff and told me to stop. I asked why and she said I could be possessed. So, I haven't done it again...
For a while now I’ve been reading about spirit guides but lately I’ve just been so overwhelmed, a lot of different emotions , one week I was feeling great next week I felt suddenly depressed . All last week I just so happened to check the time at 11:11 am while I was at work for about 4 days straight . I watched another video about it and yesterday at work I tried it , started writing all my thoughts and my hand suddenly felt light and the scribbles started happening I wasn’t too sure what it was , so I stopped thing I was doing it wrong . But than I watched your video and tried again , I used the lines for the yes and no , and my questions were being answered that way . After a while they started writing yes or no . I felt so much better after , you’re video was very helpful 😊 thank you .

Iv been wanting to do this for days now like really wanting to channel through writing but I think I just needed someone to explain their experiences to ke in a way I responded with... you did that! I picked up my pen straight after watching yr video and I wrote in my handwriting a little message to my angels etc and invited them to use my hand. It was do cool! I wrote a couple of lines then I felt the energy feels in my hand changing and I just knew that that particular spirit was finished and a different one took over, so I drew s line under the first one and wrote another 3 lines. When I looked at it I was amazed to see that the two different spirits messages were in different penmanship!! Iv not interpreted it yet but I did notice the word 'eyes' which has significant meaning to a very special man. Thank u again!! Xxx
If we are new to working with the paranormal, how do we start the process? I am so interested in automatic writing and feel comfortable trying but I am not familiar with protecting my energy. This might be too specific but yeah any feedback would be awesome!
Some techinques.
Dress yourself in a light armour. (I sometimes visualise I wear armour made of light)
Pray for protection before the session. (a prayer of protection could be just something like letting them know that you work in light and you are not open for those who dont come in light)
Stand by your side- dont let them get you scared, but if you do, you have to be really determined to cut them out. No fear involved! Fear lets them do things with you and manipulate you.
Believe you are protected and nothing can harm you.
Ask your guides for protection.
No bad attentions. If you have bad attentions seanse can get nasty.
Visualize that glowing orb of White divine energy-or really any color you want. You need to set your intentions that your protection can not be permeated.
