بشغف كبير تتحدث انيتا شريم عن عمل ملتقى السيدات للقيادة في منطقة بعلبك الهرمل. قصة المنتدى بدأت عندما شاركت انيتا مع مجموعة من سيدات المنطقة، في دورات تدريبية، لتمكين النساء وتفعيل دورهن وتطوير مهاراتهن القيادية، في محاربة الفساد وتطوير الإدارات المحلية.
خطوة تلو الخطوة، وفكرة بعد الفكرة، انطلق مشروع ملتقى السيدات للقيادة، وهو يضم 320 سيدة قررن العمل على تمكين الشباب والنساء. تقول انيتا لزافين إن الهدف من هذا المشروع هو محاولة تغيير الافكار النمطية السائدة في منطقة بعبلبك الهرمل، بما يمكن مجتمعها من ان يعيش في ظروف افضل، وبأجواء خالية من العصبية والعنصرية والعنف. بودكسات "عد للعشرة" مع زافين يسلط الضوء على اشخاص تخطوا الصعوبات وواجهوا الأزمات، فتحولت حياتهم الى قصة نجاح ملهمة تستحق ان تُروى، ويستحق اصحابها ان يفتخروا بها. يتم تمويل هذه المشاريع من قبل الوزارة الاتحادية الألمانية للتعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية، وتنفذها GIZ بالشراكة مع منظمات متنوعة.

In this podcast, Zaven talks to Anita about the challenges they faced when establishing WPL in #BaalbeckHermel, #Lebanon. WPL has initially received technical and financial support for the founding and registration of the organization, then to develop its bylaws and internal structure and strategy. Later, WPL received funding to implement a project aiming at preventing and fighting Gender Based Violence (#GBV) in Baalbeck-Hermel.
