pro tip: set the phase starting position randomization to 0% for all oscillators. this will make the waves have the same relation to each other every time you trigger the sound and will produce more consistent outcomes. doesnt really matter in this situation, but will really help in the future, especially when clipping or limiting is applied
Eh. Depends on the situation. If the oscillator only has one voice it doesn't matter. If the oscillators have a different number of voices and are detuned differently, it still really doesn't matter because they're still going to move in and out of phase and you're only affecting where the phase begins by setting randomization to zero. If you turn the spread to zero and don't use other settings to add stereo width, the phase randomization can create some stereo width and having some phase randomization can make a more natural sound. People can pick up on a static sound and it can become dull to the listener. Phase randomization can add some movement and nonlinearities. I'd say the only time you really need the randomization off is to make sub bass, drums, or other sounds you want to be in mono. It really just comes down to personal preference.
Awesome tutorial! I'm not very familiar with Vital but this was very simple and easy to follow. Playing around with the settings it's easy to find more cool sounds!
my reaction upon seeing this: “Hey Ferb, I know what we’re doing today!”

This is great! I’ve applied this method to one of my tracks I’m currently making. Good work dude ❤️

How did you change the timing of the wow wows? Isn't the lfo just a constant wow wow?
i used multiple vitals with different rates
You could also automate it
Best option is use macro instead of lfo and then you can make any crazy rythm you want
how to do plz
