wonka320 maybe but not many people saw kingdom of heaven. I think I slept through half that film. sadly I don't even remember the scene of which you speak
Such a simple scene. This is what makes a Bond film, in my opinion. Not gadgets or grand set pieces, but two humans at the peak of their abilities fighting for dominance, with their minds or with their fists. I still stand by the claim that Casino Royale is the greatest Bond film ever made, and is also a phenomenal film in its own right.
New Bond movies are a total crap, I don't know on what drugs are you people. There is no Boris the invincible or satellites of mass destruction or cars full of rockets and machine guns. Damn gadgets are what these movies were about. And Pierce Brosnan was the best Bond. New movies are, As Immortan Joe would say: Mediocre!
Jeffrey Madeleine Maybe you didn't understand what I mean when I said "simple". It's simple in that it's two people meeting for the first time on a train. We know Vespa is James' contact, but that's it. The scene's grandiosity and depth comes from what I hinted at: their chemistry and dialogue. The scene itself could have been left out in a film of lower calibre as it adds very little to the main plotline. In this case, however, leaving it in was invaluable.
+Short Changed Hero I don't know, that intro was a wide open invitation for that reply. Best chat up line ever would have to show some ingenuity or intelligence or humor or all three. This was a gimme. Still a nice scene though with good chemistry, despite the 20 year age gap.
AvatarTwasCheesy A girl has to at least offer you an opening mentioning money to use that line. It doesn't stand by itself, even if they have seen the movie. Jesus I hope you are kidding.
Eva Green is such an amazing actress. She can be beautiful and mysterious as Vesper Lynd in Casino Royale; crazy, stalker witch Angelique in Dark Shadows, badass warrior Artemesia in 300: Rise of an Empire, and my absolute favorite of her characters, haunted, possessed Vanessa Ives on Penny Dreadful.
Probably the single best scene ever written and acted in a James Bond movie, including some of the best by Sean Connery. I still chuckle out loud every time I see this, almost 12 years after I saw Casino Royale for the first time. Kudos to the director, scriptwriters, Daniel Craig and Eva Green. Well shot, well written and well played ---- and there's not a gun, explosion or villain anywhere in sight.
I finally watched this film for the first time today. I was absolutely mesmerized by Eva Green throughout the film. Words cannot describe her beauty. I would even go as far to say she's possibly my favourite bond girl of all time now. Such an amazing performance.
Darkstar263 In a way she matched up to Bond toe to toe and there's not many women who can have Bond on his toes in a conversation...great casting..great acting and even better dialogue. I loved this film.

+Mark Stewart was this movie technically before all the others? I can't really say i have seen all the old ones, Ive seen all with Brosnan, all with Craig of course, some few of the old ones..
+TheBardeng Casino Royale was the first novel by Ian Fleming about the Bond Character. At the start of the film he receives his double-0 status. It was the 21st Bond film but could be thought of as a prequel.
Mark Stewart Yeah i remember the 00- status he gets in the start of the movie but didn't know it was the first novel of Ian Fleming :) Watched spectre last night, loved it. Perfect ending for the 4 Daniel Craig movies, opening a whole new era for the new Bond actor after Bond 25, that is the last on Daniel Craig's contract, we'll see if he will finish it. He is bored to death he said, "I will rather cut my hands and bleed to death then play one more bond movie" he said while doing Spectre, kinda weird when he is one of the producers lol. I surely hope there will never be a "dark" James Bond, i can accept another agent with another name because James Bond is a white person in the books right? Idris Elba was going to be the new Bond, but then they need to change the characters name too.
TheBardeng I assumed they would return to a more conventional Bond after Sky Fall so I will be interested to see it. I don't like the idea of a black Bond myself. I think it is a nice PC dream but at the end of the day not what the audience wants. Roger Moore got into trouble for expressing similar sentiments.
Casino Royale is by far the best Bond movie of all time for me. This scene in particular is drenched in Ian Fleming's style of writing. So sophisticated but with undertones of humour, and Bond emanating his former military discipline and persona throughout.
How do people talk like that? I mean, if I was Bond, it would take me forever to come up with smart response like that AND I'd have a hard time trying not to laugh. Very smooth...
its actually very easy, just turn you laugh into a smile and get int hat mindset that you're hilarious....you'll come off as cocky, but thats better than coming off as insecure.
Matt Confidence and quick wit. You can tell by the frequency of eye contact that he gives her. It's all about seamlessness and getting the other person to do what you want by stating what you want implicitly. Bond appears unfazed by her beauty and intelligence. She herself knows that she's beautiful, which is why she doesn't break eye contact with him either. She wants to see if he'll crack under pressure. Most women would think that gives them the advantage, but men must remain level headed like Bond does in this scene.
+Robert Cheung Agreed. There was a bit of a reprise of this in Spectre. Not quite as good, but getting there. Any shock that both women are French. Though I have to say Eva's French is not as polished as her English, despite it probably being her native tongue. And this is a beautiful woman who looks better without makeup than with.
"How was your lamb?" "Skewered. One sympathizes." That is, by far, my favorite line from any Bond film ever. Daniel Craig delivers it with utter, knowing perfection. It's the perfect capper to this scene. I laugh every time.
Sure. Bond is comparing his lamb, which was served skewered (run through with long, sharp spikes) to himself, after hearing Vesper's ruthless and accurate appraisal of himself. Hence his remark about sympathy for the lamb. Make sense?
jdblackbelt Same. My girlfriend got me this seamaster for my 40th because I loved the same line. I did try the same line with the Aston Martin DBS....I think I need to work a little harder with that one lol :)
Bond seems a bit taken a back at the fact that here is an intelligent young woman capable of holding her own up against him. She is also not throwing herself at him, not that I blame her as 007 can't to keep it in his trousers for long.
in a way she is throwing herself at him by justifying her crudeness and putting herself on the same level as others regard him in an attempt to challenge his alpha status.
Fetti Holmes Oh wow, great argument why this piece of shit is so great. You're lame, and pathetic. I'd rather be dumb than a lifeless ooz like you with crap taste. you pig! You don't know what 007 movies are about.
Listening this dialogue makes me chuckle a bit. Here’s an actress who’s French and speaks in a British accent, but has a few intonations of a French accent. While the Actor, who’s British, speaks English with a slightly American Accent. Strange but quite amazing!
Great scene in Casino Royale. Bond meets Vesper. Eva Green is a very attractive woman but as she chats to Bond these 2 both realise that on first impressions neither is stupid. Its a cunning chat to find out a little about the other. Vesper gets a bit of joy out of Bond, then vice versa. The first meeting was great fun to watch. Daniel Craig and Eva were brilliant in their roles.
This scene is soo much better than the one in Spectre. Every line reveals plot and/or character. The dialogue is witty and full of charm. Spectre was just so bland and forced.
+josevonbuergenwader2 I agree. As much as I love Lea Seydoux and Craig's Bond, I don't really understand how their relationship works? To me it felt rushed and forced, especially when they don't really have much of interactions. It's just some dialogues (nothing special imo), and then her character suddenly went from 'fuck you' to 'fuck me', but I guess that's just attraction (I mean it's a Bond movie, what do you expect). But didn't they fall in love with each other at the end? I can't understand that part. The whole dynamics between their characters was just not enough.
L3ndzo83 It's because Bond finally met a woman who challenges him. They are testing each other. What substance does the other girl bring beyond being a damsel in distress and a literally paper-thin romance? Her character development is absolutely minimal. It's not even the actress' fault. It's the writing.
+Benny Ryan I don't know why they changed the screenwriters and directors after Casino Royale being such a big hit. The movies all went south after that.
+Benny Ryan Spectre was so middle of the road that it was positively anaemic. Casino Royale was the best Bond film with Craig in the role, then Skyfall.
The director, Martin Campbell, is 2 for 2 in rebooting the series successfully! First, with Golden Eye. Brosnan's first go at Bond. Then 10 years later with Casino Royale. Craig's first attempt. I think Campbell's action scenes are the best in the whole series - old-fashioned perhaps, but you can see awesomely everything that is happening. Whether that's the truly amazing parkour chase - or a brilliant wide shot of Bond bungee jumping down the wall of a Russian dam (real locations, real stuntmen - no CGI).
Just saw the film again today after years of not watching it. It was more interesting now than it was when I first watched it. Vesper Lynd (Eva Green) plays the role of a bond girl very well. She is a great actress and I love her in this film. At first I thought Daniel Crsig was going to be an aweful actor for Bond, but when I watched Casino Royale again O relized he fit in perfectly for the role and how his character evolves from Casino to Skyfall it's amazing. Casino Royale has made me want to read the Bond books and watch all the bond movies starting with the very first one. 15/10 for this film it's that good.
She is in my opinion, the PERFECT Bond girl. To say Eva Green is beautiful is actually an insult to describe how out of this world gorgeous this creature is. Every other Bond girl at least in the Daniel Craig series pales in comparison to Vesper Lynd. Dr.Madeline Swann in Spectre is a cutie and for the most part she did very well but the chemistry between her and Bond was very much lacking.
Agreed. Eva's Vesper had much more depth and an intriguing backstory. Plus there's an allure and mystery to go with that beauty. Def makes her top Bond girl for sure
This really is one of my favorite movies. There are some movies that when I see a clip I want to go watch the entire movie (The Dark Knight, The Big Lebowski, Taxi Driver, etc.) and this is one of them.
I love the battle of wits that are so typical in Bond films. Its really what makes or breaks a movie in my opinion, is the ability to speak effectively and in a way that's entertaining to the audience while making it seem very natural.
Such dialog! Flirty, witty, sexy...and totally unrealistic. Alas, it is a bond movie. Every single line must be cool as hell. Sarcasm aside, I gotta say this was pretty awesome. I knew they'd have to do something impressive after replacing Pierce Brosnan, but I didn't think we'd get one of the best Bond movies ever made. Shit hasn't been this entertaining since Sean Connery.
Major Moe A sense realism is not quite the same as being entirely realistic. Nothing about any line of this conversation sounded natural. It was a three minute volleyball game of cool, clever retorts. But, again, it's James Bond, so it's necessary. I guess I just never seen (or don't remember) a Bond conversation lasting quite so long. Now I see why they usually don't.
Graphomite The reality in ''Casino Royale'' is that Bond is vulnerable to falling in love, because is at the beginning and has no past. In the final scene Bond becomes the hard agent 007 on her majesty's secret service.
Honestly, if I was in Bond's position, I would give up anything and everything to be with this woman, too. I mean, by God, is she amazing! Her charismatic attitude, her determination, her brains, her passion, her beauty, her body, those luscious eyes, and let's not forget her sexy voice, along with her very seductive British accent. And it's all thanks to Eva Green for nailing the part of Vesper! *APPLAUSE*
When she said"Alright", I was half sure she was uncomfortable and going to change the topic but home girl threw that boi's game right back at him, woohoo.
I agree. Because I believe that Daniel Craig's Bond is getting close to the character just like how Bond was in some of the Bond stories that were written by Ian Fleming, because of his behaviour.
That is a fact. He almost has the grey/blue eyes that Ian Fleming describes Bond to have, among other traits Daniel Craig portrays. Since reading the Ian Fleming books, I always picture Daniel Craig, even when I try so hard to picture Connery, Moore or Brosnan, my imagination always goes back to Craig.
By far the best ever Bond. Like Craig, Green was flawless. The dialogue in this scene is world-class. This scene and the one in the shower (where they are recovering from the knife attack) is superb.
I detect that Vespa got to Bond slightly just from the subtle nuance of his reaction after she leaves, and then casually brushes it off, although acknowledging she is a force to be reckoned with and on a par with his intellectual level, if not more so. She has smarts as well as class and beauty which make for a formidable combination.
This movie is nothing like the other Bond joints. It could easily be a standalone film, one and done. Not only that, but there's really no camp, just raw, gritty and realistic situations with deep characters. Vesper's arc is so good, especially that ending.
It's hard to watch all the Bond movies after this one without Eva Green in them. Eva Green was by far the classiest and most beautiful of all the girls in the Daniel Craig series.
@@Ivy285 That's why she was the only one he fell in love with. I don't even remember the other women in Craig's films. That's how good Eva was. She stole the show, even in the ones she wasn't in.
Mont Michel NO WAY! Brosnan is a bland comic-book like poster boy. Left me totally cold. Moore was good, but his Bond was too grotesque. Connery was very good, but I don't find him attractive. No as attractive as Daniel Craig. I prefer Daniel's edgy Bond than Brosnan's smug and bland one.
estragon102 Brosnam is the worst born for me, watch SkyFall and you'll realize more that Daniel Craig is the best bond, for be a bond, you must be attractive, or the love scenes that the woman likes too, won't work xD. It's true, he's the best, and his way of fight in those fights rocks, salutes from Argentina.
Raven InToday Actually Brosnan is the best for me. He lacks a bit of "edge"ness of Craig, but he's more attractive than Craig. At least was. As Brosnan. The worst was Dalton.
poisonarrow8 I prefer Craig hands down. Brosnan looked like Johnny English compared to Craig. I don't like bland pretty boys. Craig is manly and thus sexy.
Cinematic Top 10 Because we want to reward good movies commercially, and because we respect the intellectual property of others. Two concepts beyond your comprehension I'm afraid.
Im sorry but bond won this one.....That last line makes me laugh and was so boss at the same time...."I will be keeping my eye on the money and off of your perfectly shaped ass" "You Noticed" DONE!
I've seen every Connery and Moore Bond film, and I can't think of a single one that beats Casino Royale. They got so much right, but the relationship between these two is perfection, and it elevates the whole experience in a way none of the others ever accomplished.
This scene is like having perfectly aged wine. Rich in character with a satisfying after taste and you can appreciate long after you finish the bottle.
I literally don't get why Vesper had to die. The whole self sacrifice for love thing really didn't hold with someone as intelligent and grounded as her.
She knew that JB would have never forgiven her her betrayal and probably brought her back to England to face charges for treason. And she knew that she would have gone to prison for the rest of her life because her treason cost other people's lives. I think she wanted neither of that, so she committed suicide when she realised that her treason had been discovered. It was as much out of the knowledge that her future looked rather bleak, to say the least, as out of shame over having lied to the man who she loved and having lost him once and for all. So what reason did she have to hang on to her life?
Eric Mustardman The way Bond was trying so desperately to save her and his reaction to her death make me doubt he wanted to have her arrested. Before he knew her motivations he wanted to kill her himself "allow me". But once he knew that she did all that she could in a desperate situation he just wanted to save her life.
I love this moment on Casino royal.....Eva's character is brilliant........Daniel Craig played a good young James Bond...he has the perfect body but his face.... he looks more older than he is....
In my opinion, this was Eva Green's greatest moment on film. It made her career. It certainly made Casino Royale.

+matthew w Technically the first bond girl. Bond was not yet the Ubermensch at this stage.
"In Poker you never play the hand. You play the man in front of you"
Damn, that's good
*your hand.
How do people talk like that? I mean, if I was Bond, it would take me forever to come up with smart response like that AND I'd have a hard time trying not to laugh. Very smooth...
its actually very easy, just turn you laugh into a smile and get int hat mindset that you're hilarious....you'll come off as cocky, but thats better than coming off as insecure.
they don't, unless they're performing a script with pre-written lines that several people worked on for several months ;)
Matt It's called reading a script.
A lifetime of reading and writing, coupled with copious amounts of exercise.
Probably the most brilliant moment in all of Bond with the most remarkable actors.
"How was your lamb?"
"Skewered. One sympathizes."
That is, by far, my favorite line from any Bond film ever. Daniel Craig delivers it with utter, knowing perfection. It's the perfect capper to this scene. I laugh every time.
I never really understood the joke
+Oceanmachine27 Can you explain that please?
Sure. Bond is comparing his lamb, which was served skewered (run through with long, sharp spikes) to himself, after hearing Vesper's ruthless and accurate appraisal of himself. Hence his remark about sympathy for the lamb. Make sense?
+Oceanmachine27 I was thinking more along the lines of him (very eloquently) saying she has a stick up her ass.
The lamb is dead, it's a low key comment about acknowledging an animal's life for delicious meat.
I remember watching this movie in back in high school and being so entranced by Eva Green. Still am.
This scene is just so good. The acting is incredible and the writing is off the charts.
Eva’s line delivery>>>>>> so fcking cool and smooth
3:18 My favorite line from this scene:
- Rolex?
- Omega :]
Rafal Borowski it could refer to his mental predisposition, a pretentious Rolex man or the classy Omega.
cockshield My wife got me one as a wedding present because she knew how much I loved this line...
Your wife is awesome!
jdblackbelt Same. My girlfriend got me this seamaster for my 40th because I loved the same line. I did try the same line with the Aston Martin DBS....I think I need to work a little harder with that one lol :)
Guys the first watch that has been on the moon was the Omega Speedmaster, sooo don't be mistaken Omega is the King of watches
Most appropriate line was "...skewered. One sympathizes." Short but pointed.
+pastrami1945 why?
+Ali Khawar The people-reading exchange they had.
Yeah, it's a nice round-about way of saying, ok you won that round ;)
Dude admitted defeat with that one
My favourite Bond girl!! She is so beautiful, elegant and mesmerizing.
Casino Royale is by far the best Bond Movie ever
Bond seems a bit taken a back at the fact that here is an intelligent young woman capable of holding her own up against him. She is also not throwing herself at him, not that I blame her as 007 can't to keep it in his trousers for long.
in a way she is throwing herself at him by justifying her crudeness and putting herself on the same level as others regard him in an attempt to challenge his alpha status.
Frankie Lucky I think you missed it.
By far the best bond movie ever
+Fetti Holmes
Why is the hullabaloo is your profile picture is a naked woman wearing a hijab.
+Fetti Holmes You must be joking! Quite the oppostie!
Firemarioflower youre dumb.
Fetti Holmes Oh wow, great argument why this piece of shit is so great. You're lame, and pathetic. I'd rather be dumb than a lifeless ooz like you with crap taste.
you pig! You don't know what 007 movies are about.
+Firemarioflower You're argument was, "you must be joking!" Don't complain about other people's arguments when that's what yours is.
One of the most intelligent Bond girls! Talented actress!!!
Listening this dialogue makes me chuckle a bit. Here’s an actress who’s French and speaks in a British accent, but has a few intonations of a French accent. While the Actor, who’s British, speaks English with a slightly American Accent. Strange but quite amazing!
Agree with Green, but Bond doing a Yank accent. He's a scouser - they don't do American. Imagination much?
Lazorune What effing rot. He speaks less American then Alex Salmond
I don’t detect any American in his accent.
The dialogue here is so good, the best of any Bond film .
She is so beautiful and she speaks english very well!!! Great actress!
Peacelover1212 At the end she comes completely out of left field and says she loves him and i was like "REALLY? WHY? BASED ON WHAT?"
I'm in love with his voice, it's so deep and sexy~~
The way he says "every penny of it" makes me melt lol
FVNT0M IIX Christ, you must fall down gushing when you hear a man's morning voice.
+TheMinipily I always like that about him too. Craig is significantly softer spoken than the other bonds.
Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan would also have delivered the line well I imagine.
One of the reasons why I bought an omega......
Same
Well, the product placement worked.
same here :)
How much was it?
I bought both... just in case ... :P
"Skewered, one sympathises." is still my favorite line in any Bond film ever.
Agreed.
@@flankspeed Me, too
So this scene alone is 10x better than Spectre. Who could've guessed Craig's first shot at Bond would be his best.
She's such a good actress
Just saw the film again today after years of not watching it. It was more interesting now than it was when I first watched it. Vesper Lynd (Eva Green) plays the role of a bond girl very well. She is a great actress and I love her in this film. At first I thought Daniel Crsig was going to be an aweful actor for Bond, but when I watched Casino Royale again O relized he fit in perfectly for the role and how his character evolves from Casino to Skyfall it's amazing. Casino Royale has made me want to read the Bond books and watch all the bond movies starting with the very first one. 15/10 for this film it's that good.
Eva could literally play james bond. she could play ANYTHING. such a scene stealer and magnetic screen presence
Ah, Eva Green. I don't have many celebrity crushes, but, good God, she is definitely one of them.
Don't forget the script in Casino is better than the subsequent bond films. More interesting relationship development, etc.
+Richard Schiffman Serverine was pretty remarkable in her short appearance.
CaseyCJL
Séverine is absolute knock out material!
Agreed. Eva's Vesper had much more depth and an intriguing backstory. Plus there's an allure and mystery to go with that beauty. Def makes her top Bond girl for sure
One of the best-written scenes of dialog from any Bond film.
This really is one of my favorite movies. There are some movies that when I see a clip I want to go watch the entire movie (The Dark Knight, The Big Lebowski, Taxi Driver, etc.) and this is one of them.
I know it fits the story very well but I hate how she died, so beautiful and an amazing bond girl personality.
DeathCreationist thanks for the spoiler
sketchbutter Why watch a scene when you can watch the movie first?
DeathCreationist haha good point... I'm honestly joking, plus who ever hasn't seen this yet deserves spoilers
sketchbutter Fair enough, arguably the best Bond film yet.
DeathCreationist it's definitely my favorite. plus I think Craig did an awesome job. he's one of my fav bonds too. pierce was shit
Well if you wanted "realism" Bond and Vesper would stutter, repeat themselves a lot, go uh and repeat themselves.
Major Moe
A sense realism is not quite the same as being entirely realistic. Nothing about any line of this conversation sounded natural. It was a three minute volleyball game of cool, clever retorts.
But, again, it's James Bond, so it's necessary. I guess I just never seen (or don't remember) a Bond conversation lasting quite so long. Now I see why they usually don't.
Graphomite British finest
Graphomite The reality in ''Casino Royale'' is that Bond is vulnerable to falling in love, because is at the beginning and has no past. In the final scene Bond becomes the hard agent 007 on her majesty's secret service.
I don't know why I'm loling so much at your comment. Thank you, sir.
*APPLAUSE*
+AJcaraballo95 He did do that. It didn't turn out well...
+cesarmanuel51 I know that. I'm just saying I'd do the same thing in Bond's shoes.
i agree..i love her..plus she is a brilliant actress..and like vesper..just amazing
if bond falls in love so easily he would be a really shitty spy and/or cool ass hero
lazybeastz182 I
almost 10 years later and I still keep watching this scene :-)
so much style and intrigue!
+Scharby -
I can't believe it has been almost 10 years since this was made. Feels like it was made yesterday.
"Rolex?"
"Trivago."
When she said"Alright", I was half sure she was uncomfortable and going to change the topic but home girl threw that boi's game right back at him, woohoo.
yeah she sounded hurt when she said "alright"
I fell inlove of Eva Green right here.
Daniel Craig's portrayal is the closest to how Bond was in the Ian Fleming novels.
I agree. Because I believe that Daniel Craig's Bond is getting close to the character just like how Bond was in some of the Bond stories that were written by Ian Fleming, because of his behaviour.
J M Yes they are. Except for “The Spy Who Loved Me”.
samwyze64 swholoveme
That is a fact. He almost has the grey/blue eyes that Ian Fleming describes Bond to have, among other traits Daniel Craig portrays. Since reading the Ian Fleming books, I always picture Daniel Craig, even when I try so hard to picture Connery, Moore or Brosnan, my imagination always goes back to Craig.
You're right! I almost forgot about Dalton, he did need one more movie, I wish he continued on to Goldeneye and finished his run.
By far the best ever Bond. Like Craig, Green was flawless. The dialogue in this scene is world-class. This scene and the one in the shower (where they are recovering from the knife attack) is superb.
Great scene in a great movie!...Fantastic chemistry between Daniel Craig and Eva Green!
Thank you, Daniel Craig, for your superb service as 007!
This must've been the biggest suckerpunch to Rolex yet.
How was your lamb?
- Skewered. One sympathizes.
xD
My favourite movie ever...
This movie is nothing like the other Bond joints. It could easily be a standalone film, one and done. Not only that, but there's really no camp, just raw, gritty and realistic situations with deep characters. Vesper's arc is so good, especially that ending.
Might be best written scene in a Bond film, very witty dialogue and sets stage for the relationship to follow.
I keep hoping that Vesper will come back to life = =
It's hard to watch all the Bond movies after this one without Eva Green in them. Eva Green was by far the classiest and most beautiful of all the girls in the Daniel Craig series.
I keep hoping all Evas characters that have died come back to life. she always seems to get killed
You know bond...the moment he speaks to a women for more than 5 seconds, she is doomed for life...sad truth.
@@Ivy285 That's why she was the only one he fell in love with. I don't even remember the other women in Craig's films. That's how good Eva was. She stole the show, even in the ones she wasn't in.
This lady is FREAKING HOT! My God...
Rolex?
Omega.
Beautiful.
Product placement...
777fuzzypeach Who cares?
I love Omega.
hogemoh Omega>Rolex
Jan Mighty Nope.
Better machinery dude
A fantastic scene, and very memorable. Eva Green is electric in this, and a talented actress I wish we saw more frequently.
I'm voting for Eva Green as Carmen Sandiego!✊
Daniel Craig is such a great Bond! Sexy, manly, tough, charming - he's the total package.
still connery,moore and brosnan better1!
As Brosnan. The worst was Dalton.
poisonarrow8
I prefer Craig hands down. Brosnan looked like Johnny English compared to Craig. I don't like bland pretty boys. Craig is manly and thus sexy.
This acting makes other Bond movies pale in comparison
"How was your lamb?"
"Skewered: one sympathises..."
One of my favorite scenes of all time. Fell in love with Vespyr / Eva - She owns Bond in this scene.
Eva Green, so beautiful Bond girl. Loved her acting in Casino Royals. Watch the film over & over. Guess am an avid fun.
I’m always so amazed by her British accent. I’m French and it is so hard to imitate it very well...
As an English speaking native, French is impossible to accent correctly without an eyebrow raise and dismissive Gallic shrug 'Englais'.
After finishing watching this scene I went straight to ebay and bought me a copy on blu ray.
***** ???
ironmike ???
Niklas Bravader u wot m8
Oh, I thought you went to ebay and bought an Omega.
I always thought it was ass too but funny thing is she says arse and her accent makes it sound like it.
MovieHound17 "Skewered...one sympathizes." as well
No she was seducing him she won and she was the only woman he loved.
I've seen every Connery and Moore Bond film, and I can't think of a single one that beats Casino Royale. They got so much right, but the relationship between these two is perfection, and it elevates the whole experience in a way none of the others ever accomplished.
Connery, Moore, Dalton, Brosnan, have the character of Bond that we see in the final scene of ''Casino Royale''.
The best film ever of 007. Greatness.
I believe Eva Green would be an amazing Yennefer for the new Witcher series on Netflix
Back when character and dialogue meant something in Hollywood.
This is exactly how I met my wife.
This is how i met your mother
smoooooth!
That is how I met your father.
Road Glider ..and so far.. do you feel lucky?.
Road Glider 😂👍🏼
I want her as the next Catwoman opposite Batfleck.
She's stunning and this was my favorite Bond movie by far.
Forget Catwoman, Eva would be a PERFECT Poison Ivy. Her or Christina Hendricks would be my choice for said role.
Or Circe in the next Wonder Woman film maybe?
Nah she would be a better Talia
Love can do that to a person.. you don't always make intelligent and grounded decisions
Because it was in the book.
Zoe7- prick
"I'm the money"
"Every penny of it"
Just iconic
Miss you vesper always, you broke my HEART Like with Tracy as Bonds wife in OHMSS !!
Possibly the best scene in any bond movie. The dialogue is gold.
I love this moment on Casino royal.....Eva's character is brilliant........Daniel Craig played a good young James Bond...he has the perfect body but his face.... he looks more older than he is....
