Then there's a robot that sells alot of futuristic weapons, the mayor and some others are ghouls, and the bartender's a robot. And I'm pretty sure Magnolia's a synth.

Trying to pin down what genre it is. I went with a guessed "cabaret jazz" and checked playlists, but they had song who sound just regular jazz or soul. Maybe it should be called its own genre, like "Gorgeous woman in red dress singing in old timey microphones" music
Magnolia was my favorite character in the game: I loved how even the character looked a bit worn. Her voice acting and singing was fantastic, and I didn't realize until reading these comments that she was played by Lynda Carter.
I like to think that when you aren’t playing fallout 4 Nate is just chilling in the third rail after running and building fence posts for 12 days straight
Jacob Robinson "Set you mind at ease, you better relax. Throw yourself a party where ever you're at, and dance your blues apart". Those lyrics have nothing to do with 111, in fact no other lyrics do besides the one you mentioned.
I just found out Lynda Carter the 1970s Wonder Woman actress played Magnolia and sings all of the songs. I had no idea she even sang, she is very talented even 40 years later.
Considering I've always been annoyed by the lack of in world music. I'm impressed that Carter wrote these herself. "Baby It's Just You" is probably the coolest thing I could've imagined coming out of the Fallout universe, musically speaking.
*+entropy fan* -- I really fell in love with these songs while playing the game. I've never gone much into Jazz - most people today listen to modern jazz and that's just not for me; I like classical jazz like Billie Holliday and Neil Armstrong etc., but after playing Fallout 4 I'll seek out more music from those days. -- Thanks a lot for sharing. ......... P.S. I notice you've added links, but I still wish you had added the names of the original artists in the description.
Despite the killing, drugs, and being a shithole. Goodneighbor is the best major settlement imo. I love the mayor's respecting attitude, the bar, and the vibe.
This music is good to listen to when you’re just chillin out with something cold to drink, it’s just smooth. But I guess that’s why it’s so fitting for a bar.
Goodneighbor is my favorite location in fallout 4, it's what I imagine a city looking like 200 years after a nuclear fallout. And because Magnolia is in goodneighbor
Some Cat You mentioned "Why Don't You Do Right?", so I am assuming you have checked out Peggy Lee.. she has some other songs that kinda match that vibe. If you haven't dug deeper into her, I would recommend that. I can probably give you some other artists later after I think about it some more.
How did she found that pristine dress in nuclear wasteland? You know how hard was to find my coat and hat? It took me while to find hat that is in my size and some ghoul hadn’t pissed on it yet. And that coat, I almost died when I found that in the museum.

Lyrics for Baby It's Just You by John Jarvis, Kerry Marx & Lynda Carter
Like an earthquake, starting to roll
I felt my world shake, out of control
Like a World War starting to brew
Baby, it's just you
Like a cyclone, wild and extreme
I got my mind blown, stalking your dreams
Waking up without a clue
'Cause baby, it's just you
You leave me breathless, weak in the knees
I'm feeling reckless, pardon me please
The Fallout's blowing through
But baby, it's just you
Help me, help me, rescue my heart
Save me, save me from falling apart
Take me, take me, baby I'm sure
You've got the power, you've got the cure
Like a train reck, jumping the track
Or a card deck, missing a Jack
What's the Queen of Hearts to do?
'Cause baby, it's just you
Help me, help me, rescue my heart
Save me, save me from falling apart
Take me, take me baby I'm sure
You've got the power, you've got the cure
Like a mushroom cloud in the sky
I felt my world start, waving goodbye
Radiating through and through
Oh, baby, it's just

@@forgottenvale667 aha yup for sure
Magnolia was my favorite character in the game: I loved how even the character looked a bit worn. Her voice acting and singing was fantastic, and I didn't realize until reading these comments that she was played by Lynda Carter.
She makes me feel like the man I wish I was.
I like to think that when you aren’t playing fallout 4 Nate is just chilling in the third rail after running and building fence posts for 12 days straight
I feel as if the train train song fits too well on the sole survivor
Not really, it basically is just a general description of vaults in general.
"You train train to be a soldier of war"
Jacob Robinson
"Set you mind at ease, you better relax. Throw yourself a party where ever you're at, and dance your blues apart". Those lyrics have nothing to do with 111, in fact no other lyrics do besides the one you mentioned.
The male in the beginning was a soldier who fought in anchorage
And i do agree it is for all vaults too but some is about the sole survivor
First song is really really good!
I just found out Lynda Carter the 1970s Wonder Woman actress played Magnolia and sings all of the songs. I had no idea she even sang, she is very talented even 40 years later.
White Pride
I think she actually wrote the songs as well. She is a talented woman.
@@sarahmackay5775she is mexican
Considering I've always been annoyed by the lack of in world music. I'm impressed that Carter wrote these herself. "Baby It's Just You" is probably the coolest thing I could've imagined coming out of the Fallout universe, musically speaking.
Anybody here coming from the capital wasteland?
Mojave wasteland
Abie Ariyo Dandoro yeah me
All the way from the Boneyard.
shady sands
California
This made an awesome soundtrack to my studying. Thanks for the upload.
"Man Enough" is my favorite. Just something about the delivery in the lyrics makes you WANT to try and be "man enough" for Miss Magnolia. :D
Good neighbor. I love the town, and all its people.
Nobody:
The drifter sitting by me while I’m trying to listen to magnolia while high on chems: Nice piece better keep it strapped
I left my soul in the Sierra Madre and my heart at the Third Rail for Magnolia.
All of these songs are great :D
Never actually listened to these before (not even when playing), but even just the first two songs were great so far.
Just go to goodneighbor, head to the Third Rail and crack open a beer, and listen to a beautiful woman pour her heart out.
👍
thank you for this. I Love Magonlia's voice
Despite the killing, drugs, and being a shithole. Goodneighbor is the best major settlement imo. I love the mayor's respecting attitude, the bar, and the vibe.
First time I requested a song from her. She sang 'Train Train' song. Such a good memory in goodneighbor ❤.
Who here in 2021 for Magnolia?
This music is good to listen to when you’re just chillin out with something cold to drink, it’s just smooth. But I guess that’s why it’s so fitting for a bar.
Magnolia i love you
Goodneighbor is my favorite location in fallout 4, it's what I imagine a city looking like 200 years after a nuclear fallout. And because Magnolia is in goodneighbor
I fucking love these songs
Lynda Carter as Magnolia as weird as it may sound was one of the best parts of fallout 4, she's just fabulous darling!!!
Anybody know songs like this but more of a sexy tone. Like the song "Why don't you do right"?
Some Cat
You mentioned "Why Don't You Do Right?", so I am assuming you have checked out Peggy Lee.. she has some other songs that kinda match that vibe.
