Love both colors of the classic and was torn between the two but opted for silver as it looks classic plus I can put a cover over it anytime I want the watch to be black. Best of both worlds 😊

I received my 47mm in black and my wife’s 44mm in silver on Tuesday. While the silver looks good, the black is sexy and compliments everything. I agree in putting on a screen protector; every one of our Samsung watches have had one. One thing different, when I got our watches, the watch band came in a box inside with the Watch, not already attached. I’m on day two still with 51% battery wearing it 24 hours a day.
It comes that way when you pick a different one than the standard one. If the box is black it will have a custom picked band.
Your battery, can I know your settings? Like is nfc, wifi on? Your notifications, gestures, and always on display?
@Biosaga4eva if your battery isn't lasting that long its because it's in the learning phase. Once it's over your battery will last you a lot longer.
@@Biosaga4eva I have everything turn on except AOD, as I don’t see a need for that when gestures it turn on and I can touch the screen. I just put my Watch 6 on the charger for the second time 5 minutes ago with 12% remaining since getting it on Tuesday.
As far as the strap not being attached to the watch upon delivery, feel blessed that it wasn't. Read my little story above and you'll understand what I mean. LOL
I bought the classic and yes its really nice looking. Tweaking the bezel made a hell of a difference . Loving the larger display as well❤

Just got mine in silver yesterday and I absolutely love it so far. I came from the 5 Pro and although I'm a bit disappointed they went with a smaller battery it's not a deal breaker. I have no problem throwing it on charge for a half hour every morning while I'm showering and getting ready for the day. The bigger, brighter, and higher resolution screen is well worth the upgrade. Not to mention the rotating bezel is back! I've also noticed the upgraded processor too. The watch overall feels smoother and snappier than the 5 Pro when navigating menus and apps. No lag at all so far like I had with the 5 Pro. So far I'm very impressed and happy I decided to upgrade. Great review as always. 🤙🏻
I told you that silver is 🔥. It collects all the light and shine like crazy. But ya, the silver definitely looks like you got a high dollar watch on. I'm tempted to replace my stainless band with the Samsung $100+ stainless band 😂. It better shine just like the watch

Yeah, you can use any 20mm band, so just find a nice stainless steel one you like. It won't have the new quick release but personally i didn't find the new release that much better.
I traded in the 5 pro for the 6 classic 47mm in black. Feels like a major upgrade to me.

i got the smaller size, i probably should have gotten the larger one... that said, the smaller one with a nice silver mesh band and a classic watch face looks like a premium watch. The bigger one probably looks better with a classic silver band, but I'm sure ckid will have options to show in a future vid.

Honestly battery life is the biggest thing for me, so in terms of that I'll stick with the 5 pro

@@CKidM I'm sure it is, but just the fact the battery is about 2x the size makes the 6 feel like a downgrade
It has lasted me 2 days in between charges and only take 15 to 30 min to charge its perfect
I've had the watch 6 for about a month now and battery has never been an issue for me. I charge my phone everyday so charging my watch every day isn't an issue at all. I could easily get 2 days out of it but all I do is as soon as I wake up in the morning I put it on the charger then hop in the shower and get ready for work. By the time I'm leaving the house to go to work my watch is at 100% ready to go.
Got the black Classic 6. Looks clean af. I'm white as hell though. haha. It sticks out more on my skin tone. The white one wouldn't stick out the same on me. Definitely getting a screen protector next. Debating bands, or not. I'm actually enjoying the bands it came with. They're comfortable, don't dig in, get tight enough on my narrow wrist, etc.
If I'd gone white, I'd probably grab the silver metal bands for it. Think it would look nicer like that, but I'm old. lol

Got the 6 in black 47mm but not to happy colours don't pop look a little washed out too me .but a good upgrade from silver 4.
Are you talking about the screen or the watch when you say the colors don't pop...because to me the screen looks damn good. But if it's color of the watch....I promise the Silver one is the go to!
I will need to look at these in person. I still have a fully functional silver gear s3 classic that I feel looks very similar. Between that, the white thome brown watch 4 and rose gold watch 3 I think I might be covered, lol.

I need to visit a Best Buy and try on a 43mm watch. I have a small wrist, and the 40mm watch 4 has been a nice watch. Unfortunately, Samsung doesn't offer the 6 40mm in a silver model. I really like my silver watch. Hate the rose gold . Could learn to live with the black, maybe. Guess I will make a decision soon. 😂
I had the black watch 4 classic. I looked pretty clean but I pre-ordered the silver watch 6 classic. I've always had dark watches so I wanted a light colored one. That silver stainless steel is super clean though.

It's a valid worry for some especially if you have the Watch 5 Pro when it comes to the battery life.
Mine works flawlessly. Very responsive. Only had one issue with it. I downloaded a watch face from a 3rd party provider and it totally glitched my watch; just wasn't compatible at all. I deleted the new face and everything is great again. So, although I'd like to add some different faces to my watch, I'm a little gun-shy now.
Nice first glance. I too liked the Silver when I bought the GW5. My wife not so much. So, bought a stainless steel strap. My wife still prefers it in black. So bought the Ringke case body and black strap from Amazon. Question, if I get the GW6 classic 47mm in black - how does the battery usage in hours compare to the GW5 with the 420 mah?

I've had the silver Classic in a shopping cart on the Samsung site for a couple O' weeks now. I'm just torn 'cause I have stubby little wrists & hands. So maybe I should just get the non-Classic Watch 6...? I don't know! The Classic just looks so good! Should I get a case protecty~cover, as well as the screen protector? Is there a case protector you would recommend?
Which band style should I choose? The sporty one is pretty comfortable, but will it be secure on my wrist?
Sorry for all the wonky questions! I'm just afraid of something bad happening to it. Any advice will be hugely appreciated! Please be kind. 😊

I love this watch. Looks nice, easy to use and a lot of Smart Watch features.
The battery could be better but its not a deal breaker for me.
The only thing I HATE about it is the accuracy of the health features. Its just not as accurate as a real fitness tracker.
I know I shouldnt compare a smart watch with a fitness tracker in terms of accuracy but I feel like I cant trust the results of the Samsung one.
I am more into the health and fitness features so the Samsung one sadly isnt a good watch for me. :(
I personally don't buy smart watches for the fitness features, it's more for the smart features and the style, but.... totally agree that the Samsung devices aren't great on any of the sensors. That said, so far my new watch 6 classic is better than my old gear s3 was, that had pretty terrible sensors, for whatever that's worth. Of course, it doesn't seem any worse then the cheap Chinese fitness watches or scales, those are pretty terrible too 😀

I'm going with silver Classic in 47mm, but not with the white band. Getting here in September.... Unfortunately. I didn't want black because they tend to show scratches more and I'm an electrician. Traded in my Watch 5 44mm,which I NEVER wore. That circular swipe just does not feel good, IMHO, and I wear gloves a lot. Rotating bezel and stainless construction for a little more money? A definite YES!
Yea the white band is cool...but trust me I'll have some watch bands for you to see that I know you will like in not my next video but the video right after that one. And yes that is the same reason I didn't go with the black because it shows scratches easier. I agree the physical rotating bezel is definitely more practical.
I would think this was a funny story, if it happened to someone else. Well, it didn't happen to someone else, it happened to me lol. I just received the tempered glass protector, as well as an aftermarket bezel protector for my Classic 6. It was a beautiful morning and I figured I'd just stop off at the park on my way to work and drink my morning coffee there while I put the protectors on the watch. So, I get to the park, and I need to use the "facilities" before I go sit down and get to work on the watch. I get to the restroom, tap my kidney, and as I'm zipping up, the wristband falls off one side of the watch (apparently the QA people didn't tug on the band to make sure the pins were firmly in place) and the watch does a face-plant on the concrete floor. Chalk-up a ding on the bezel, literally just a couple of minutes before I was going to put the bezel protector on the watch. I guess I should feel grateful that my watch didn't fall into the toilet and be lost forever, and believe me when I say that I am, but still! I've never had a watchband fall off any watch that I've ever owned, and for that to happen just moments before I was going to apply a protector to avoid the very thing that just happened is just........well, Murphy, isn't it?

Ah man that sucks. Lots of reviews are saying that the quick connection band tends to fall off pretty easily so I feel like Samsung should cover the damage to your device from their faulty bands. You should get a 3rd party band with the normal pins instead. Also, I won't start using a phone or watch until there's a screen protector on it. Heck, the box is not even getting opened until I've received the screen protector, lol. I take pride in how well I take care of my belongings.

Yes a much bigger battery...the 5 Pro battery life is goated....easily 3 days on that battery. Even after a year of using it.

Funny, never put a protector on my watch... and i still have a Gear s3 classic (that's now upgraded to watch 6 classic). The outer case has some nicks but the glass is still perfect. That said, I think the classic watches are more protected than the standard ones, because of the bezel.

I have yet to find a good reason to put drawers (screen protector) on my Galaxy watches, yet from the S3, Galaxy, Galaxy 4, and now the Watch 5 Pro!! 😊

While the screen is strong in each of them, I have put one on every Samsung watch to ensure that the screen didn’t have that 1 in a million chance. The thing that I live about them is that they don’t change the functionality of the screen and you don’t notice it being in place after installation. The link has them on sale for a 4 pack at $9.99. Well worth the investment.

I think from the 4 to the 6 classic is a valid jump...now is it necessary...NO...but you will see improvements in battery slightly and performance overall.

Okay...if that's what you wanna do...but I don't wanna hear nothing when you get that unexpected crack in your screen. It's literally only $20 to protect a $300+ product from scratches. Plus it keeps it in top condition for when you want to resell it later...but hey do you playa!
@@danield6815While I don't disagree with you on the need for a screen protector.... swapping out glass on a regular watch is pretty easy, swapping out the entire screen on a smart watch isn't feasible anymore (for the price)
Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Is bad. Nothing's changed since the 4 and 5. It's still inaccurate as every Samsung watch.
Again, waiting for next year. I don't think Samsung can afford itself to stay stuck in that bad place they are, tight now.

I don't work out often with my watch, and I also don't have the constant heart rate monitoring turned on (just every 10 mins) and at full battery life, I'm getting almost 60 hours battery life albeit I recharge mine every day
Getting through a work day is solid for most...but I'll report very soon my 1 week review after using and letting you know how I HONESTLY feel about the chip and the battery life.
Do you have the LTE model? Seems that the LTE model burns through the battery
@@bchery1 I do, but I don't use the lte. I have it set to automatic with wifi turned on and never leave my phone behind so it doesn't switch to lte

Yeah na. my dad just bought the 6 classic off me and i went back to my 5 pro, battery is everything to me.
i was sick of the constant battery anxiety i was getting with the 6 classic. I've had it for a week and it's utter trash.
So I have had mine on since 830 am full brightness aod it's 927 and I'm at 60% my watch 5 classic would be around 65 % so not a big difference. So you are saying you can't make it a day without charging lol😂
No way you can say this battery on the Watch 6 Classic is trash...I'd honestly take it back if your watch battery is draining too much...because the battery is honestly pretty good.
