My grandparents were born way before video games so they never got into them, apart from fishing in this game, both of them having an interest in fishing IRL they couldn't resist playing this part. Me and my brothers used to boot the game up and rush to the fishing spot when we knew they were coming over, they've been gone 16 and 18 years now and I cry every time I reach this point in a playthrough since. I miss then dearly but treasure every memory of trying to catch the big old lunker with them. Rest in Peace Nanny and Grandad, I'll love you forever.
I used to do the same for my Dad when I was a kid, he'd ask me to get him there before I went out to play with my friends and I always gladly would for him knowing how much he loves to fish in real life. The sweetest of memories in definately a simpler time.
This music will always remind me of my uncle. He passed a month ago. He taught me how to fish, baught me majoras mask as a kid, influenced my music taste, and encouraged me to keep pursuing music. May he rest in peace. God bless.

I was wondering if you’d do some of these with either some locations in majoras mask, or wind waker? I’ve never really seen any channels like this, it’s always just the music, but having the sounds makes it so much nicer to listen to. It feels like leaving the n64 on all night lol, very soothing
Something about the Kakariko Village theme is so relaxing to me, which makes it a great choice of music for the fishing hole. It adds a lot to an otherwise simple mini-game.

Omg I was watching Dances with Wolves and I just realized this song was copied from this film. I have the uncut version on Blu Ray and at the 2:35:25 mark where he is reading his diary about Stands with a Fist you can hear the same tune it is just much slower but it is almost exactly the same.
