Y’all opening day is always chaotic Ik that for fact when I used to work in restaurants. You have hundreds of people coming through tryna push food out fast enough cooked properly, presentably and tasting good because you have no time for mess ups and remakes or complaints.

You can tell they didn’t have a run through before actually opening. They should have done a soft launch maybe for friends and family to see how to organize the service before the grand opening. I could come in there and straighten all that out.

They opened too fast. Working like this isn't sustainable. Even if it was your first day open.. that's why you do friends and family night first until the staff has enough practice and reps to perform efficiently.
